+ -1 moreMy husband and I are first time home buyers and are moving from an apartment that requires no maintenance to a property with a pool, pond, and acreage. We wanted to make sure that the person conducting our home inspection would really explain everything to us. We are so thankful that our realtor found Thomas! He took his time and answered every single question we asked of which we asked many. He even gave us tips on our pond and was able to identify the snake that left behind its skin in our basement (and the hole in which it entered!). Thomas was amazing, incredibly thorough, and knowledgeable. Highly, highly recommend to anyone buying a house -- especially first time home buyers.
