Our project went smoothly, from inception to completion. We utilized the services of a local company for our drawings, and if we wanted any changes, James was extremely accommodating. There are projects and there are dream projects -- this was definitely the latter! We are still working on furniture plans and layouts, but felt strongly that James should be commended for his attention to detail, his honesty, and his ability to coalesce with other subcontractors who sometimes let him down. He was always upbeat, and worked even when conditions would have dictated otherwise; but never to the point of sacrificing safety.
And speaking of safety, our sunroom is approximately 3 stories high! He devised a way to install windows and exteriors with scaffolding. Although I was always concerned for everyone's safety, James put much thought and energy into our project, and I highly recommend him.
In the past, James completed a smaller project, a redo of our fireplace. I am happy to say, the experience was also a pleasant one.
