Great work and very professional.

Tommy's customer service was awesome! He took the time to call me on a Sunday when I had a very urgent need - replacing an existing water heater that seemed to be leaking carbon monoxide. He also offered to go that night (this was at my tenant's place) and check the old one. When he realized that i was out of state, he volunteered to pick up the new heater wherever I purcahse it from or buy it from him. Given his honesty, I went with the latter and he had it installed by Mon afternoon. And, in case the carbon monoxide issue persists, he offered to fix it for free! Highly recommend!

I was very pleased with the work of First Choice. Tommy was very responsive, he contacted me quickly and was sure to understand the work. He provided a detailed explanation of the work to be done and the associated cost, which was very competitive. They arrived on time, were polite and very efficient in completing the work. They then cleaned up after to ensure satisfaction. We are very very pleased with the both the quality of work done and the value for the money spent. I would absolutely hire them for my next job and definitely recommend them.

Very responsive and friendly service. Swapped out my leaking water heater with a new 75 gallon gas "State Industries" hot water heater. Price was reasonable and the overall service was pleasant. Time will tell if the State hot water heater will prove to be a quality product (mixed reviews). While at my home, First Choice plumbing made several good recommendations involving other plumbing issues, like the sump pump system, and bathroom plumbing fixtures. I would definitely recommend hiring ���First Choice Plumbing��� for any plumbing issue you may have in your home or business.

Super Fast and Great Service

Tommy was very friendly and professional. He gave me some free advice on two non-related plumbing areas which was a big help in addition to doing a great job on what I hired him for.

We had an emergency whole house water outage at our home on a Sunday morning (6/1/14) and the Pressure Release Valve (PRV) needed to be replaced. The technician responded immediately and was willing to come out on the weekend. He was prompt, friendly, professional and clearly knowledgeable. He corrected the issue quickly. While he was here, he diagnosed another plumbing issue which was improperly diagnosed by another big name plumbing company. We are hiring him for additional work including a new dishwasher, hot water heater, and shower pipe replacement. I highly recommend this company.
