I contacted him to replace a water heater in my Mothers home. He did some work for me 2 years ago, and I was pleased with his work. I asked him to replace the heater with the same size water heater, he put in one MUCH SMALLER. HE told my Mom he put some insulation around the heater and he didn't, he left it in the bag it came in. She wasn't get hot water in her shower. HE NEVER RESPONDED TO PHONE CALLS or TEXTS.

Their service is wonderful. They gave attention to details, and they have great prices. They were done within the time frame.

I was so happy with the work Sam did for me back in May, I decided to have him install flooring in my condo. A few weeks before this job, we discussed flooring options - laminate vs wood floors, pricing, etc. Based on his suggestions, I purchased engineered wood flooring, trim, and underlayment from a major home improvement store. He installed the floors the a few days later so the wood had time to acclimate. Since my condo is small and he had to move furniture from one room to another, it took two days to complete the project. His attention to detail was remarkable. He took extra care to make sure the trim was perfectly measured and cut. He planned the placement of each board, so it would look artfully random. Even the undercuts in the doorways are almost unnoticeable, unlike some others I've seen with huge gaps. Another great job, Sam. Thanks!

After an acquaintance recommended Sam, I contacted him via email. He called back that evening and requested pictures of the door and surrounding areas. I sent him detailed photos, he called back, gave me a fair price and scheduled an appointment. He arrived on time and immediately began work. It took a little longer than expected, but his attention to detail was great. He was also very patient and answered all my questions. Clean up after the job was very thorough. Overall, I'm very pleased and plan on having him install wood floors for me this fall. Thanks, Sam!
