Tim and his crew did a great job! Responsive, professional and thorough. We got three estimates to refurbish our small (200sq ft), weathered deck & his came in the middle, but towards the lower end. I liked him and his logical approach to the job. I felt like he neither over or under-promised. A perceived advantage was his use of ecofriendly cleaning materials. He communicated very well, using texts and calls to keep me updated on the process and scheduling. On this small deck I would estimate his crew expended 15-20 man-hours and the result showed that (see below). Little things like applying the translucent finish with a sprayer and following it with a brush, his managing of the overspray and his handling of our rain sensor impressed me. Our battered, grayed, weathered deck was truly transformed! Assuming the finish holds up a reasonable amount of time, I will certainly call him the next time this service is needed. : )

They did a wonderful job. I had looked into replacing the fence because it was so unsightly, but it was cost prohibitive. Tim and his crew cleaned, stained and sealed my fence and it looks brand new! They were very prompt and professional, and even replaced a broken picket for me at no additional charge. I would definitely hire them again!

We received an estimate from Tim at Renew Crew and called him to accept it. He set a tentative time to arrive to do the work and did not come. Three phone calls, three texts, and three emails over a three week period produced not a single response. We waited three weeks and contracted with another firm. We would never depend upon this company to do any work for us.

I met the owner Tim at the Home Show back in April. We scheduled an estimate he arrived out to take a look at our property. We decided to schedule to have the work done. Tim had a crew of two guys come out to power wash our fence. They arrived as scheduled and worked all day they did a very thorough job. The next week they came out to stain and seal the fence the same two guys came out and completed the job. It turned out wonderful. The guys were courteous and took great care in cleaning up after themselves when they were done. They said the sealant should last five years which is what we were looking for. We would definitely hire them again.
