I wanted to decorate my house for Christmas. Jim did a great job of working with me to determine what decorations I wanted and the look that I wanted. The team of workers did a great job! The lights are on a timer! They are excellent and neat workers. They were professionals. My house looks beautiful!

Project was performed professionally. Outstanding service.

First, I would like to say that this business does sloppy work and do not stand behind the quality of their work. I found Woods Landscape and Sprinkler Service through Angies list and hired them to install a four-zone sprinkler system. When the installer arrived at my property, I furnished them with my property plat to ensure that the system was well into my property. The install went well and the system worked fine. Later, my neighbor entered into a contract to install a fence on their property. When conducting the site survey, it was discovered that two of my installed sprinkler zones were installed directly on the property and a few heads were on my neighbors. property. I addressed this to the owner, James Wood, and provided pics of the mistake. As installed neither my neighbor nor I could install a fence on our properties without damaging or relocating the sprinkler lines. I expressed this to the company and I requested that his company corrected the mistake made when they installed my sprinkler system. Mr. Wood replied to my request relating that it would be $100 per hour to relocate the lines. When I ascertained why he was charging me for a mistake his installers made, he related that my sprinkler had been installed ~2.5 years ago and I would have to bear the cost. Not satisfied with that answer because I felt I should not be charged for a mistake his installers made (after being provided the property plat on installation day), After realizing that the owner does not stand behind the quality of his employees work and charges his customers to correct mistakes made by his employees, I decided to contract a more reliable company to correct his mistake. BLUF, I would strongly discourage anyone from using this company to install their sprinkler system.

We found Woods Landscape and Sprinkler Service through Home Advisor. selected them for the installation of sprinklers though our entire front and back yard. The onsite workers did not install the lines deep enough and I have exposed pipe throughout my entire yard. The foreman has returned to look at the issues and admittedly stated the sprinkler lines should be a foot to foot and a half deep in the ground. At the deepest point, our lines are six inches deep. On average, the pipes are just below the surface and about four inches deep. Because of how shallow these lines have been placed, replacement soil continues to wash away. Additionally, we discovered that the workers cut a corrugated pipe drainage line completely in half which is absolutely unacceptable, they destroyed an in-tact pipe and when it was questioned, the foreman stated â I do not know who cut that the shirking of responsibility would be laughable if I was not so distraught over the state of my yard. We have zero hope of ever getting aeration and seeding because the lines will be punctured. Dealing with Woods has been terribly frustrating, the owner is absentee and does not return phone calls. The foreman of our project defers to the owner on any issue and we still have no resolution to the shoddily installed sprinkler lines. We have a five year warranty that is worthless because Woods refuses to do the job correctly. We will escalate the matter to the Better Business Bureau as well as reporting to County authorities these sprinkler lines are certainly not done to code and are in violation with the licensure of the company. They have also lost a great deal of business already, as neighbors and friends have inquired about sprinkler installation and we would told them in no way could we ever recommend this company. Steer clear.

They would hang my lights late in the season and remove them in the middle to late January. Nothing I said or did would get better results. I even offered more money but the service didnt improve. I finally asked for my lights and they left broken lights in a plastic tub. The lights look great but the service is horrible.

Wood's Home Services installed our garden sprinkler system. They did an excellent job. They arrived when they said they would, did a very nice job designing the lay out of the system, and minimized the disruption to the yard. They were very good value for money. All in all, we're delighted.

The contractors were knowledgeable and their work was top notch. Customer service was great. They took the time to explain the system and go over everything with us. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!

I am extremely pleased with my new sprinkler system. All inquiries were addressed thoroughly and promptly. The crew also did an excellent job with installation. In less than a weekâ s time, I was able to obtain a proposal/estimate and get the actual system installed, as well. I think thatâ s pretty impressive.

They have unlicensed contractors. I hired them for installation of new sprinkler systems. The owner and I got my lawn destroyed, uneven graded that did cause directing water to the house. They did cut the utility lines and refused to pay for the repair. I paid for 10 years warranty. A month after the installation when leakage was detected, the responsiveness was amazingly poor. The owner sent the same unlicensed crew who tried their best to state it is my fault after lengthy discussion trying to prove there is no leakage. A lot of lies and bad attitude. I reported them to BBB and consulting for legal actions for the damages they caused. I highly recommend NOT using them.

Prompt responses to my requests for information. We needed to have a system installed within a few days of my initial contact. The deadline was met comfortably and the job was done in excellent fashion. We are very pleased.

I’m very happy with my install... I have a corner lot so it was definitely a lot of area to cover. It’s been over a month since completion and I’m very glad I decided to go with Wood’s for the install. The long warranty gives me the piece of mind I need. I was able to get a slight discount for the service packet selected. And best news; very shortly after install, my grass filled in a little great than 85% from where the pipes dug up were laid! So happy

Seemed a bit expensive for the work performed

This man told me what he could do,when he could do it and how much he would cost. He responded to my emails.He showed up and did the job when he said he would. You can’t ask for more than that. My son says the house looks great!

They did an amazing job. My house looks wonderful.
