The follow up service that was included in my package included a winterization and they wanted to charge me for the summer startup, which was not offered as part of original package and they failed to provide the startup.

In my over 40 years of interacting with Home Service Providers this vendor on a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the best, is a minus 1 at best. They took 14 working days to what their proposal said would be a two day job; their system did not work following install; they did extensive damage to my lawns requiring additional work; they installed the wrong hardware requiring rework; their crew did not have the equipment to do the job and borrowed tools from me. Their one experienced man was hired the day before work began. DO NOT HIRE this company - they DO NOT deliver their proposal!

Jim got back to me immediately with a quote and a detailed estimate within a day of posting on Home Advisor. He answered all my questions promptly and I usually got answers back from him within 5 minutes by email. He offered us the lowest of the quotes we got and offered the longest warranty. The work was promptly completed on a Saturday as promised. The team arrived on time and completed the work the same day. After the work was done they did a good job cleaning up and putting the yard back together.

I gave the team less than a week's notice to place our lights as we were being driven by a holiday party deadline. Inspite of getting unanticipated weather which would have put them back an additional 2 days, they ensured the job got done with a day to spare!
