I would rate them B overall. Their price is high. I would possibly use them in the future.

They are experts painters, do a great job, and listen to the customers. They certainly provide good advice on the type of painting that you want. Rick is pretty straight with the pricing and you always know what you're going to get before the paint goes on the walls.

The total time of the job was approximately three weeks. We could not be more pleased about the work from start to finish. Exceptional.

The workmen were friendly and hard-working. The job was done excellently and slightly ahead of schedule. I will use them again.

I obtained several estimates and was most impressed with Mr. Williams' experience, knowledge and pride in the work his company performs. I do not mind paying somewhat more when I believe the service and quality of the work and material used justifies a higher price. The work crew arrived on time and finished a little ahead of time. My son told me that Mr. Williams came himself the first day to check that everything was in order. Thereafter, Gregorio, the hardest working and most conscientious individual I've met in a long time, was in charge of the crew and made sure everything was done to his and my satisfaction. The paint job could not have turned out better than it did. I was and am completely happy with the fresh, clean look of my house.

Williams Painting did an outstanding job painting the brick portion of my 60-year-old rambler. Mr. Williams himself was involved from the start. He gave me a very reasonable estimate and personally inspected the work of his crew. His workers were considerate and professional. I asked that it be done before the winter weather made it impossible to work. Mr. Williams completed the job the day before an unexpected unusually heavy rain. Some streaking and running occurred from the storm. Mr. Williams was at my house the morning after the storm and his crew was on site the next day making things right. He called me several times to ensure I was satisfied. Williams’ professionalism, and concern for my satisfaction was obvious in every thing they did.

Did a very nice job and will use them in the future to do final painting once renovations are complete.

They were here for 3 days to start. The crown molding and the closet replacement doors were completed on the first day but we were charged for 15 hours of carpentry work, even though they worked a 7.5 to 8 hour day. We had them back again to fix their plaster work, to fix bubbles in the paint and to shave all of the closet doors again so they would come close to closing. The closet doors still didn't close so they sent someone else out and they now close somewhat better. I had to rehang the closet door that was replaced myself. so that it would close properly. We had to take a day off work to accommodate the repairs to the work that the painters and "carpenter" was supposed to do.

They did not paint the brick, but only the exterior windows and trim. They were prompt and did extremely good work. They were expensive, though. They also cleaned up after themselves. They are capable of doing carpentry, but they did not do it. I would recommend them.

They did the job well. They are very reliable and efficient. They did the clean up. I would use them in future.

They were very prompt. They did exactly what they said they were going to do except I thought they were going to tighten a screw in my shutter and they didn't. They were very lovely to work with. I didn't have any complaints. They were very friendly and very professional. The price was very fair for the exterior. They essentially charged me $50 for a set of shutters and I had 4 sets to paint. They left a whole big gallon of paint, which I don't think I will use in ten years. They were very responsive. I think I will use them again for some interior painting.

I have used Williams for several other projects and called them without bothering with estimates from other companies. Alvis Hermes has been overseer of projects before. When I was unsure about getting new wallpaper or paint in old kitchen, he said they could paint stripes. Great idea! I knew the colors I wanted but got their designer to map out the width of the stripes. It looks wonderful and all my visitors admire the room. The neat, cooperative crew also did all cabinet doors and painted a bathroom.

Having done most of our own interior painting prior to hiring Williams Professional Painting we were impressed with how quickly they were able to complete these areas. It would have taken us far longer and the end result would not have been of the same high quality. Whether you have a smaller paint job like ours or a whole house I recommend that you contact Williams Professional Painting. They really did a great job for us!

The crew did the job efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. Everyone was courteous and Mr. Williams was very professional. This is a family-owned business that has been around for some time. The crew paint the larger homes in the area belonging to public figures as well as small places like mine. They stay in touch via email, if you want them to, and offer discounts during off-seasons. I would not hesitate to recommend them and plan to use them when I am finally ready to paint the interior. The high end price, which is certainly reasonable in any event, is well worth the investment because the work is high quality, and the company stands by what they do. This was a hassle free transaction and well worth it!

The estimator was helpful, courteous, patient with questions and clarifications. He made good suggestions as to type of paint to use in each room (matte, semigloss, eggshell). They used Benjamin Moore Aura (an upgrade) and that paint is amazing! It covers extremely well and does not smell much. It dries very fast. I would definitely suggest using that if you can. One coat is all it took--white over white. I had dreaded having the painting done. The anticipation was far worse than the disruption. The overall experience was outstanding. The crews were punctual, told me what to expect each day (inlcuding their arrival time) and what to pack up for the next day. They were very pleasant people to have around--important to me since I work at home! They were very careful moving furniture and boxes of breakables and especially careful since we had brand-new carpet. I am glad we had the painting done last--the flooring people dinged some walls--but am extra glad we used Williams. They brought new dropcloths, used booties, removed shoes: not a drop on the carpet anywhere! I had some small carpentry jobs done as part of the work, including mounting two large bathroom mirrors. (Williams suggested the supplier to use). The carpenter was efficient and knowledgeable. He provided a better solution (e.g. access hatch for some pipes in the ceiling, access to a jacuzzi motor) than we'd had when the house was built. One item--a louver door--was done after the rest of the work due to it being back-ordered; Williams was prompt in getting that last bit done with the same high quality and professionalism,. The painting crews worked efficiently. They cleaned up after themselves each day and left the house in good order. The only thing I had to clean up was the dust (from the drywall touchups, I think they use powder and mix it with water). This is a "real company" with good employees. The foreman was outstanding: even short one of the crew the last day, he got done on time. I would use them again without question and recommend the company highly. The touchup work was done by a 2-person cres (Les was the crew chief). The painters worked efficiently and got the work done quickly but with very high quality work. Dave Wiliams stopped by midway through the morning to say hello and see how the work was going. The results look great and, even better, the house was left clean. Les vacuumed and they covered all the furniture and wall hangings before doing any sanding work. We're totally impressed with Williams Professional Painting and would defintiely use them again and recommend them very, very highly. An A++ from us!

Dave, the owner of the company, came to our home to provide an estimate for the work we wanted completed. I spent a long time researching dependable companies in the area and getting estimates. From the start, I was very impressed with Williams. The level of professionalism and obvious knowledge far exceeded that of the other companies I met with. Also, the referrals for Williams Professional Painting were outstanding and I really appreciated their depth of experience (they had been in business for 30 years) and willingness to work with our schedule. After accepting their bid, which was on par with other comparable companies who were legitimate (use legal employees and have licenses, etc) but was obviously higher than the less legitimate companies, the work commenced quickly after. I cannot begin to express my satisfaction and overall happiness with the entire process from set up to clean up. The workers were fantastic, tidy, mannerly, reliable, and professional. The completed job was impeccable and ended up exceeding my expectations. After this initial experience, we hired the company to do our exterior, which resulted in another outstanding and enjoyable experience. I have referred Williams Professional Painting to several friends and family, all who have enjoyed similar experiences. It's nice to have a reliable company that can do many of our home improvement projects from painting to carpentry and repair.

They showed up on time and took a little more than 3 days to finish all work. Also left a can of primer and one white latex paint in case I wanted to do some other touch up.

They were extremely expensive, but the quality of their work was excellent. They arrived on-time and were very professional. Their price was three times higher than another quote I received at a later date.

It went great...they did everything and everything within my budget and the way I wanted it done..and they completed it on time...I can't tell you how many painters I've used over the years and these guys are definitely the best...As I've mentioned them to my neighbors, I've been surprised at how many of them have used Dave too and have had the same experince.

They did an excellent job. We used an interior design consultant to help choose the colors. She did great. The painters were very professional, usually arriving 30 mins before they were supposed to. They took the time they needed to do a really good job. It looks beautiful.

Things went very well. They are very responsive and very reasonable.

They were relatively speedy. They cleand up after themselves. The only problem I had was that there was an extra surcharge at the end that we were not told about.

Justin, who does their estimating, came to the house. I have used Williams on a number of occasions, so did not get another estimate this time. We looked over the exterior of the house and one or two small areas inside that needed repairs as well. He did not give me a firm estimate, because we were dealing with repairs in addition to the painting. He gave me a ballpark estimate, which seemed reasonable. I have found them to be fair in their pricing; they are never the lowest, and I usually get one or two higher estimates when I have a larger project to price. The difference is usually not so great that I would choose to work with another company who gave me the lower estimate. I sent in a small deposit, and was given an approximate start date. They phoned a few days before the job started, to confirm the timing and tell me who would be performing the work. The painter arrived on-time, as always, and introduced himself to me. We went over the work by walking around the house, then he went to get supplies. Williams usually quotes with a certain type of paint, but they are happy to quote and use whatever paint you'd like. In this case I supplied the paint, because it needed to match the existing paint, which is not usually used in this area. Jose completed the carpentry work and painting in one day. He did a very good job of replacing the rotted areas, and cleaning up. They like payment upon completion of the job, which I did.

They were very professional. The manager came and gave us an exact estimate. They were on time, prompt and they finished on time. They were neat and very clean. The owner came out and made sure everything was going smoothly. I would recommend them very highly, they were the best painters we have had.
