When the "service tech" asks the homeowner if they know how to run the diagnostic procedure or have "the paperwork" that came with the dishwasher (Kitchen Aid), RUN! Service tech started to work on unit that was stopping mid-cycle. He started it running and said within 2 minutes yeah its your drain pump. I said that doesn't make sense, it drains fine... aren't you going to do a diagnostic? ... Ensue the arrogant attitude of the person, "this isn't an interview, if you don't want it fixed I'll just leave!" He then proceded to tell me he didn't have time to wait for it to run an entire cycle, and then I said, can't you do the diagnostic? "Do you have the manual or paperwork that came with it...because I don't know how to do that." "No." Then you can find someone else, he said, storms off, and slams the front door. Then calls his dispatch and totally LIES (despite being on camera) that he cancelled and couldn't fix it. SEARS HOME WARRANTY should be ashamed to even send ANY business to this worthless company....

We were assigned to this company to repair our overheating fridge by HMS home warranty. Yes, scheduling was easy, and the technician came within the allocated time window. He looked at the fridge and told me he had never seen an overheating fridge before - first red flag. He spent quite a bit of time working on the fridge, was on the phone with someone, and finally told me that they needed to order a malfunctioning part. Now, it's been almost 2 weeks since the part was ordered. The company has been non-responsive, one day telling me that they'd ordered the part, the other time I call telling me that the warranty company needs to order the part... then telling me that it's a unique part that needs to be rebuilt... nonsense and lies. The warranty company have tried contacting them as well, to no resolution so far. Stay away - they either don't know what they're doing or it's a scam.

They helped us once before so we def wanted to use them again! Biggest mistake ever. Our washing machine washing draining the water. My husband said it was the same prob as Sept 2011 when my thongs got stuck in the catch. He said he was 100% that it was due to the door lock being broken. A small piece was broken off from the door being slammed too hard. So, he's the expert & said he's been doing this for however many years, so he did his thing. WASHER NOT FIXED. $250.00 WASTED for something that A) didn't need to be fixed B) a part that cost $25 on the internet that my husband or his friend(s) could've installed ESPECIALLY WITHOUT PAYING RIDICULOUS LABOR COSTS. C) yet another day of doing no laundry D) another day needed to stay home and wait for a tech to come and fix the ACTUAL problem; the one that he was ALREADY told was the problem-By a guy who isn't even trained in this field aka my husband. Worst part is....it gets better. Well, worse in my case!! I had written a check for the first service. The tech called my husband & said that he didn't take the check with him. We told him that he did so & we both actually watched him put it in his silver case & that the check was not at our house. He said that the company needed payment, so we gave him our debit card number. Well, like I had thought - check was cashed AND debit card was charged. Are you kidding me?! What else would you expect though from a company that promises you that he was fixing the problem; only to charge you a few hundred for it to not even touch your problem. Bravo on the easy way to pocket more of my hard earned money when I was most vulnerable. Not cool. I called and asked for the owner/manager to call me today regarding this issue-MAJOR ISSUE. Do you think that this has happened? Of course not.So, this is the 1st review I've typed up. On to the next one....I'll be sure to make my way to the BBB!! That's for d*** sure! This is absolute BS and most definitely FRAUD at it's best!!! I was in an auto accident caused by an 18-wheeler summer of 2013, so it's still an on-going case, so don't think that I don't have a lawyer and a LOT of time on my hands--just a side note :p
