I recently purchased a home and the walls in the finished basement were not finished properly. You could see the drywall tape seam along the entire length of the wall and mud at the corners of every opening. To top it off it was covered in a high gloss paint. He just finished up and the walls look great. I put on a coat of primer this past weekend and walls look brand new. I couldn't be happier with the result. I've already hired Timur Construction for another job at my house and am looking forward to working with him more.

From beginning to end it was a good experience. He came out the same day I called to give an estimate, started the work three business days later, finished on time and cleaned up everything.

I was very impressed with the responsiveness and quality of work. I left a message for Timur and he called within 24 hours. He was very quick at going to my home and providing me with an estimate. He did a great job in our basement and I would definitely use him in the future.

I had an excellent experience with Timur. Immediate response to inquiry for service, stop by the house and estimate complete in the same day, and work began a week later. Work was completed on time and on budget, with the crew stay late two nights to ensure it was done before a weekend started. Everything went according to plan -- I couldn't be happier with the experience.

Timur helped us with a remodel of several rooms. He is great to deal with and works hard to get the job done. Anything beyond the basics, we needed to make sure we were on the same page but, ant task he said he could do, he did well.

The work was excellent. He insured we understood my needs, the project needs, and provided advise on project needs. He and his crew were very professional, arriving on schedule, diligent, polite, knowledgeable, and thorough. He provided a scheduled arrival time in advance the day before and stuck to that schedule. He or his staff briefed me as to the work they would do and a review of progress at the end of each day. He responded immediately to my inquiry with an estimate (actually the very day I called). He and his crew cleaned up any debris left at the end of each days work and did a thorough cleaning of the work area after they were done. The new paint matched the old colors. One of my concerns was the old ceiling support and nails did not appear to handle the heavy large drywall panels that fell. He reinforced the ceiling support and used screws and smaller panels. His installation was much superior. He asked me to call him should I have any problems that develop later. I have not had any problems.

Went perfectly. He did an outstanding job.

We had Timur repair and replace damaged dry wall and plaster from a water leak. He was punctual, honest, responsive, very competitively priced and did excellent work. Highly recommend. We are going to have him return to do some further work on our house.

He is wonderful. He is also honest and on time. He does a great job and is extremely clean especially in his work site. I have never been disappointed and I would recommend him to anybody.

I contacted Timur last summer just after purchasing my home. I was awaiting hardwood floor installation and furniture delivery, so I decided to take care of a few things while the house was empty. Initially, I only called Timur to see about widening my bedroom doorway. I have a VERY large bed and the location of the bedroom would make it hard to get the bed into the room. (In hindsight, this is the best home improvement choice I've made...the movers told me there was absolutely no way it would have fit through a standard doorway...heck, it took them over an hour to make it up the stairs! and there are only 15 steps!). During the estimate, I asked Timur about painting also. I had received a couple of estimates from other folks, and Timur was much more reasonable! So then I asked him about staining the deck. Also much more affordable than other estimates I had received. So I decided to have Timur do everything! He's great - on time, professional, responsive, good quality. I gave him a B in quality, only cause of painting. He did a good job, but he didn't remove any of my curtain hardware (just painted around them) and there are a couple of small issues with tape lines. It's really not a big deal, and I've used him since then for more painting, but I just wanted to point out that it's not 100% perfect, but WELL worth the money.

I hired Timur Construction to repair damage from bathroom leak. The repair work was beautiful, an excellent match with the existing textured ceiling finish. He took care of mold, replaced insulation and left my bathroom spotless The work stated on time, was done quickly and I will definitely hire Mr Timur again. I have already recommended him to friends in need of drywall repair.

I contacted Timur Construction through Angie's List on a Friday and Timur followed up with me on Saturday via email. I scheduled an estimate for the following Monday. He sent me a proposal within a couple hours after inspecting the area I wanted to get fixed. After I decided to use TC for my project, I scheduled to have him come by on Friday to complete the work. He arrived promptly at 10AM and began covering the floor, counters, and appliances to protect them from the ensuing removal of drywall from the ceiling. He finished installing the new piece of drywall, along with the taping and mudding by 12:30. He informed me that he would return at 4PM to do a light sand. Just like in the morning, Timur was punctual and arrived when he said he would. He spent another 10 minutes sanding and completed the project. I will definitely hire him again for any future drywall work!

Timur was very responsive and professional. He was able to provide a quote quickly, and he and his helper performed the plaster-work very efficiently and ably. Our walls look great! Pricing was very competitive!

We agreed on a price and a timeline, he signed a scope outlining the work, and began promptly even working some on the weekend. He missed our agreed upon finish date by one day which wasn't a big deal as he gave me a bit of notice that it would happen. All in all the work was very good quality, the debris from their work was gone when they were, and I was left with a primed and ready basement.

Timur Construction Inc workers are very knowledgeable and provided me with a fair price on the work they did.

He did a good job repaired the drywall and painting. He was on time and did it very quickly. It took two days and he was done by 4:00 each time. He cleaned up very well both days. The drywall was within the pricing realm for this area, but I thought the painting was expensive. He also wanted to charge more for the woodwork, so I opted out of that.

Timur took on the job of a sun room that had been closed in ,probably in the 1940s ,in a prominent apartment building in DC . The existing finish was an exterior concrete finish with fifty years of exterior paint. The room was unusable . His skill took it to a very attractive sun room . The finish is exceptional given the age of the building. He showed up on time every day , cleaned up every day . Completed the job on time and on budget , as estimated . I would recommend this company to any one that has any and or ' extreme ' dry wall or plaster issues . I am having my kitchen ripped out next and I intend to call him back to fix the damage on that installation.

His estimate was reasonable and he scheduled it within a day of my request, and he was able to quickly arrange a date to perform the work within a few days. The work that he did was excellent, and he ensured that everything was coveredand cleaned up when he was completed. I would definitely recommend him, and would use him again for any drywall work that I might need in the future.

Received a very fair estimate for the work compared to other companies. TImur and his assistant were very professional and receptive to minor issues that I brought to their attention. They completed the work in the time estimated and cleaned up every day before leaving. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

Smooth estimate and work process.

The company is very responsive and works very hard to get the job correct. The painting looks wonderful. They were very receptive to an small issues I saw and fixed them right away. They cleaned up after the job was done and did a great job all around.

Excellent experience. Originally, we only looked to get the attic ladder installed and fix some drywall (holes and water damage). In the end, Timur did that as well as painting two rooms. The prices were very reasonable and Timur was exceptionally responsive and punctual. I look forward to using them again.

They responded right away to our request for an estimate. The estimate was very reasonable, conserably less than a well known contractor. They began the work on time and finished ahead of schedule. We were pleased with the quality of the work.

Excellent and responsive service. I was very pleased with the responsiveness. I decided to have this work done at the last minute, prior to moving into my new condo. Timur provided an estimate within hours of seeing the property, and had his people in the condo the next day. They completed the work on time, on budget, and did excellent work.
