Timur Construction did an awesome job repairing our condo unit after we suffered extensive water damage to our ceilings and walls. We first learned of Timur Construction after finding his name on Angie's List. My wife and I liked the comments that were posted on this website and on others, and after checking with the Virginia Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation to ensure Timur Construction was properly licensed, we decided to call them to request a free estimate. Timur (the company's owner) arrived that same day and was able to provide us with a very competitive quote and approximate time frame as to when they could start and finish the job. Since my wife and I both work and leave our homes early in the morning, Timur also was able to accommodate his work schedule to ours. In the end, Timur Construction exceeded our expectations by finishing quickly, efficiently, within our budget and without any sacrifice to quality of work. The whole place looks great; looks like new again. We are very happy with the work and with Timur's level of professionalism. Just to give one example of how good their work is, when they were painting the newly replaced drywall, they were able to match the new coat of paint exactly to the original color of the walls that were not damaged. Now all our walls look uniform again, seamless and very well painted. It looks like the place never had any water damage to begin with; like it never happened. Also on top of all this, we placed our trust in Timur Construction with taking care of and locking up our home while we were gone during the day. Not only were they were very conscientious with their clean-up, but they also proved to be a very trustworthy, honest and professional company. We highly recommend this company to all Angie's List customers who need drywall repair and restoration work.

The whole experience was great. Timur is very professional. He came out to give us a quote that was loads better than other quotes we received, and he started work 2 days later. We plan on hiring him again in the future when we complete our downstairs bathroom.

The request was to make the repairs so that everything would be ready for painting. They did not put two coats of mud on the new drywall, after letting the first coat dry overnight, which is the norm. They did not sand any of the walls/ceilings in preparation of painting. The walls are extremely lumpy in some areas and the plastered surfaces uneven. Some cracks are showing through again. Overall, a shoddy job.

They were extremely responsible, very responsive, very clean, and worked through the weekend to meet my time line. They were very professional.

He was on time, courteous and the work was done quick and clean. He even helped me put a curtain rod in that was not anchoring to the wall.

He was nice, friendly and honest. He was also straightforward with what his capabilities were. I think it?s just a one-man company. He was not terribly remarkable, but he gave me the quote that I was asking for and was straightforward about it. I didn?t actually have any work done by him.

On a Sat. evening at 6pm, my husband opened the door leading to the garage and was astonished to see two huge pieces of drywall hanging over our vehicles. It was a frightening sight. I immediately searched Angie's list for a drywall company and chose Timur Construction. Timur arrived at our home 2 hours later, inspected the damage and gave us an estimate for repair, as well as the reason for the damage. He began working with another crew member the following Monday, and by Wednesday afternoon, new drywall and paint made it look like we never had any previous damage. The work was top quality and he was very neat and prompt.

Timur is professional, polite, easy to talk to and knowledgeable. The communication is great and he replied to our request the fastest. His company is also reviewed at servicemagic.com , where we find his information initially. He is very responsible, and helps to anticipate and solve the potential problems which we hadn't thought about. He showed us itemized expense and his price is reasonable and lower than other "general" contractors. We chose to work with him because he had references in other websites, he is experienced and specialized in drywall installation, and he has a second best price among 5 quotes we received. The crew had planned their work well and finished on time. The cleanup was good, and we are happy with the result. We would recommend this company to friends and would like to hire again.
