The owner was very friendly and professional.

They were able to come on short notice, showed up on time, were courteous and completed the work well. They automatically applied their angle's list coupon to the cost, which was nice. Administration could use some help as there was miscommunication between the administrative staff and the on-site plumber on who to call (as this was a service to a rental property) and I am still waiting an official invoice for the work via email.

Pipe Doctor came out because I was having serious knocking in my pipes. I knew it was probably related to air in the pipes, but couldn't flush it out. They determined that the problem was a worn-out main water shut off valve. While they were there, I had them look at a leaking kitchen faucet and toilet shutoff valve that wouldn't shut off. They quoted a line-item price on everything, then offered a discount. They did the work quickly, and those problems have stayed fixed.

Went well. The plumber, Terry, immediately knew what the problem was, and got after it, and he had the parts needed, in his truck, to get the job done.Also, I had called other plumbers, and had gotten nothing but answering machines. Gary at the Pipe Doctor answered my call, at once, and made sure our problem was taken care of, before the day was out. I recommend, highly, The Pipe Doctor.

Very well, they were very polite and professional. They covered their shoes with booties every time they left and entered the house, they took the time to explain everything they were doing, made recommendations for ease of use valves and showed me everything they were going to perform and concluded with an inspection of the work performed.

I would hire them again. However, I thought the cost was pretty high but then I really don't know what plumbers charge. I just had to trust them.

Service was excellent. Wayne arrived on-time, was very knowledgeable, and was able to quickly and efficiently fix the issue. I will definitely use them again.

Great company to work with. Had an initial mix-up with the appointment (completely my fault) and they were completely accommodating and squeezed me in the next afternoon. The plumber arrived and quickly identified the problem and replaced both the pressure regulator and main shut off valve. All went completely well and plumber was great explaining the issue. Would highly recommend and will use in the future.

Gary responded immediately, clearly knew what he was doing and was very courteous. Unfortunately, he did not have the heavy equipment necessary to do the job, but offered solid advice. I would definitely call him for more routine plumbing services.

Scheduling service was easy, with practically no wait. Plumber arrived on time, was very professional and did a great job!

Fine. No further problems with leaking from base of toilet. Subsequently we had Pipe Doctor return (7/13/2017) to install (and solder) new laundry tub faucet. Again the work was professional and punctual and has held up well. However, we now have work to be done on a different toilet and we called on 5/29/2018 and then again on 5/30/2018 and left messages each time and have had no response.

Both projects were completed satisfactorily and the toilet and sink are performing fine.

This was the only company that I actually spoke with on Friday. I called a couple of additional places Saturday morning and decided to go with Pipe Doctor. Initially Gary stated that they could come out Monday because it was the weekend. But when I said that I really would like to get it done today- he worked to make that happen and did just that. Luis came out this morning to get a better idea of the situation and got to their supplier by noon. He was back here by 12:30ish. Another employee, Wayne I believe, came out and they were done by 2:30. Once done, he explained some things to me about the system and its maintenance. They were courteous, professional and efficient. I received another quote was for 1800. Both Pipe Doctor and the other business took into consideration the location of the water heater (tighter fit/squeeze) and something to do with the gas line. So I felt comfortable knowing that he/they were not trying to "get me". The other company could not match Gary's quote of 1500.00. Coincidentally, my neighbor also replaced his water heater this morning but went through Roto Rooter. His price: 1800.00 That was the cheapest quote he received off of Home Advisor. Another thing that sets them apart is the fact that they not only have a warranty for the parts, but also the labor for 6 years too. I would definitely use this company again without a doubt.

Great! Purchased an Angie's List coupon and then went on vacation. They did not forget me and called several times to arrange service. I almost fixed it myself, but it would run intermittently and I couldn't figure it out. Wish I could remember the gentleman's name who fixed my toilet. It was such an easy fix, he asked me if there was anything else he could look at for me. Professional, punctual service. Would definitely call them again.

Called Gary on Wednesday and he was able to send two technicians out on Friday. The AC drain pipe was blocked and this was not something we were able to do ourselves, as we tried and were unsuccessful. Louis and Wayne were punctual and very professional and they were done within the hour as well as cleaning up after their work.

I would use them again in an emergency type thing.

Plumber did a great job and cleaned up afterwards.

As it turns out, the problem he fixed does need a more permanent resolution, and I am about to place a call to have Gary return and replace the toilet with one that is more efficient and comfort height. I do so with complete confidence about his skill and his integrity.

He provided fast fast, polite and excellent service. He knew exactly what he was needed to do and repaired the faucet pressure and it is working well.

The Pipe Doctor was able to accommodate our scheduling request, and completed the entire job in one 45-minute visit.

Very well - Called Pipe Doctor and they arranged to come next morning. Wayne quickly found the source of the leak, which was from a toilet value in the bathroom above. He quickly fixed problem and may have prevented some others that might have come with an old toilet by rebuilding it. Very positive experience - Kevin was helpful on the phone setting up the appointment, and Wayne did a very good job. Angie's list coupon for $59 gave me a very good price that covered the service call and also took $100 off the cost of service. A very good deal for a very good contractor.

Very professional service; certainly knowledgeable. Only slight criticism would be: Deal was $59 for the call-out with $100 credit toward work needing to be done. Work took approximately 45 minutes for $78, which is definitely a fair price. However, had I been charged $178 for the work, it would have been a bit overpriced. So, the $100 credit in this situation wasn't really utilized... just an observation- it doesn't detract from the quality of service and responsiveness.

We called the Pipe Doctor to find out where a tiny leak was coming from. Gary and Wayne came out to the house and found the leak fairly quickly. I really liked that there were 2 of them so that one could try different things in the upstairs bathroom and the other could look from the floor below. They were very knowledgeable and friendly and they showed up on time. Prior to doing any work, they explained that because they did not know what was causing the leak, they could not give an estimate until after they knew what the problem was. I would definitely call them again if I need a plumber.

Took a couple of trips but ended fine. But quite pricey
