The Pipe Doctors were outstanding. We've used many plumbers over the years and there's just no comparison. Very professional, reasonable prices, on time and clearly experienced. We highly recommend this company.

The person who answered the phone was able to schedule me for the same day (a Friday). The plumber, Terry, arrived within the time window. He was professional, friendly, and most importantly fixed the problem. He also explained a why I had the issue and other possible issues I may have in the future. I didn't comparison price, but the charge also seemed very reasonable, too. I'd definitely call The Pipe Doctor again.

The whole experience was Amazing!! I highly recommend them!! I called Gary and told him the problem. He sent one of his guys out on Thursday and he assessed the problem and took pictures of the area. Gary explained how he would go about replacing the line. He gave me two options, one of which would save us money unfortunately that option was not feasible but it was well worth the $5,000!! They earned it and much more!! They started the work the following Monday. This was ideal as my father's house is on the market and I wanted to move quickly and so did Gary. They came out dug up the front yard and we're able to go under the sidewalk and through the crawl space and did not have to break up the sidewalk or disrupt any bushes. The water was turned on later that day. The next day the inspector came out and the guys did a superb job with the backfill and the job was completed!! When the water was turned back on, Gary noticed a leak from one of the toilets when it was flushed. He said he would send someone out to fix it later. He also gave a lifetime warranty on the line, which will transfer to the new owners. A generous bonus!! Gary and staff are punctual, professional, efficient, honest, and do quality work!! They are about quality work and doing it right! I will be calling Gary to fix the toilet problem. I can't say enough on how happy I am with these guys!!!! Thank you!!!!!

gave price for 2 jobs - both a lot more than I was told by another plumber who came out and did other work for me. I let him do one job which sounded like it was considerable effort and he had it done in no time at all. Paying Angie list more money to get a bigger discount-- the value is hard to prove when he can put whatever price he wants on something.

I learned my current water heater was leaking and needed to be replace. They were able to send out someone to take a look same day and were able to schedule me in for a new water heater the very next day. Very courteous and prompt responses throughout the whole process and went the extra mile changing some of the valves due to the new water heater being taller than the old one. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I very much appreciate Gary and his team's efforts (Louise, Terri, Brandon). They tried for two days to get the kitchen drain unclogged until it was clear that the original cast iron pipe had collapsed or was broken. Rather than jackhammer the pipe in the foundation, Gary figured out a way to by pass the old pipe and connect it to the main house drain pipe. Thank goodness! It saved a lot of mess as my basement was finished as well as money.

He snaked the drain and was professional. Would not honor 30 day guarantee because a root was found. Even with the $100.00 off, it was still over $300.00 close to $400 to snake a line. House has cleaning access outside, so price seemed excessive to me.

The work completed was outstanding. Terry (plumbing technician) was friendly, professional, and took great care to ensure he cleaned up after all work was done. He quickly resolved an unforeseen issue during the insulation of the faucet. I will surely use Pipe Doctor again for future plumbing needs.

It went very well. They were very professional and explained each step and my various options.

Technician was pleasant and knowledgable on how to access the pipe by carving out a hole in an inside wall. He was precise and neat which minimized the hole that was required in my wall.

The Pipe Doctor replaced the flush valve, the valve at the bottom of the toilet tank, the gasket between the toilet tank and the body of the toilet, and the valve at the wall. All the work was done well. Altogether, the work cost quite a lot more than I expected when I bought a $59 service call.

It went great. The work to be done was not an emergency but a plumber was out the next day. He did a great job was very professional and tidy. I would certainly hire again.

The service was excellent. It was easy to schedule an appointment for a time that was convenient for me. Terry, the technician, showed up right as scheduled, was friendly, and cleared the floor drain quickly. There was no attempt to up-sell, he just focused on the job at hand. He cleaned up thoroughly when he was done. The price was about the same as I'd paid in the past to have pipes cleared. With the AngiesList discount, it was a good value for service.
