Wow! The Green Choice did an excellent job! Carmen was very easy to work with for scheduling. Three ladies arrived in the middle of the scheduled 1-hour time window. They worked really hard and scrubbed my place until it sparkled! They really went above and beyond and worked for 2.5 hours. They were very professional and thorough. I highly recommend and we will be using them again!

The ladies were prompt, courteous, and professional. They were nice enough to move up our appointment several days to accommodate our schedules. They cleaned out the oven and the fridge, all the floors, kitchen and bathroom fixtures, dusting, etc. My only complaint is that they missed a couple of spots on the floor, but overall the service was excellent.

The two women who came to clean the house arrived on time and were very professional. They spent hours getting my house clean. They really worked hard and we were very pleased with the result. I am very picky and I felt they really paid attention to the details. Carmen was very friendly and accomodating when booking the service. If we had not moved out of the state, I would definitely still be using The Green Choice.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! I was extremely impressed and happy with their service. From the very first moment, they were professional and prompt with their contact and communication, their price was extremely fair (they really deserved more for the difficult mess they were presented with), and they did a fantastic job! The home had tenants in it for four years. They had two dogs and two kids and left the house a complete mess. When I walked in, I thought I was in a different home! I was literally stunned they were able to get it as clean as they did. I was so happy and impressed that I am now discussing them cleaning my own house on a regular basis. Thank you Green Choice for doing such a great job!

Excellent. I would definitely use them again. I had some additional areas I wanted cleaned after purchasing the special on Angie's list and the owner responded promptly and accommodated with no extra cost. I plan to use them for my monthly cleaning.

Green Choice LLC did a fantastic job. The two cleaners showed up right on time and went immediately to work and worked hard for close to 4 hours. This was to get our house ready to move-in, after being rented for 5+ years and a few weeks of renovations the house was a mess to say the least. They scrubbed every surface, every window, the kitchen is so clean it looks brand new!

They arrived with three people who all worked very h****** a move-out cleaning. I was very impressed with them and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I'm happy to say that my experience with the Green Choice LLC has been nothing but great! Carmen and Mauro and their team are fantastic! They do an excellent job cleaning my house - often doing little "extra" tasks I didn't expect of them and making everything else sparkle. Our house has been under renovations (and will continue to be) and they didn't hesitate working around the mess and keeping everything looking tidy. They always show up with smiles on their faces and are extremely polite and are friendly to deal with - often working around myself and a fussy baby with care. They come every other week and clean my four bedroom, two bath home (about 2000 square feet) for $130.00 in about an hour and a half. They give me a standard window of one hour that they will show up. Carmen has been excelled about rescheduling when there were planned cleaning days that we were going to be out of town. My only minor complaint it that twice they showed up a half hour or hour before the scheduled window and one day they came 30 minutes late, otherwise they are almost always there exactly at the start of the one hour window. I would highly recommend this group - they take great pride in their work and you can breathe a little easier knowing that they are using green products. My house never smells of Clorox or similar harsh cleaners after they leave- just ...cleaner - so nice.

Our family is so impressed by Carmen and The Green Choice. I called looking for a cleaning company to come last minute before we left on vacation as we were going to have house guests immediately upon returning home. Understandably, the group couldn't clean before we left on vacation, but Carmen suggested that they could clean while we were away. We normally might say no to this, but Carmen was so thorough and great to work with that we agreed to it. What a great decision!! Her team was so amazing. Our home was spotless when we returned - what a nice treat! As this was a deep-clean since it was their first time cleaning our home...the oven, refrigerator, and microwave were also included in the cleaning. The cleaning crew even organized our mail and brought in a couple boxes that had been delivered. We were so pleased that we signed up for a monthly service. I very much recommend this group. Carmen is fabulous to work with and follows up via email very quickly!

So sad to have to give less than acceptable review. I was pleased with the team's cleaning, cheerfulness, and willingness to do a good job. However, when the team arrived 45 minutes early, I contacted Carmen to ask about having the team come closer to the time upon which we had agreed, 3:30 to 4:30, writing: "Could you please remind the cleaners that I need them to come after 3:30? They came at 2:45 today, and it worked out okay. However, beginning next week I really can't be ready for them before 3:30." In response, Carmen wrote, "Our goal is to provide quality cleaning care in a timely manner and until we agree on a way to best accommodate and adjust to your preferences/needs; I will not schedule your upcoming services. If our proposal is not agreeable, I do understand and my apologies for not been able to accommodate your time request accordingly if adjustments cannot not be made." I responded, expressing my shock at having the contract cancelled and expressing my willingness to let them come earlier than our initial agreement. Carmen responded: "Let me assure you that we value our business relationship and we are happy to serve you. We care about your home but our capabilities and personnel are still short and to be able to attend our clients in Fairfax City, Herndon VA, and Maryland we have to readjust our service hours because our crews are spending too much time in the traffic, especially during rush hours, and besides the expenses with gas, we have to pay for their overtime when they get back to the office past their regular hours. After checking our work plans to see if adjustments could be made, as we customize some services, we realized we needed o reevaluate and prioritize some expenses and we are forced to cancel your services, since we cannot meet your request for a specific time-frame. I do apologize for the trouble." I was stunned! They had cleaned throughout the summer, coming at our agreed upon time, between 3:30 and 4:30. I even went on to say that I would be willing to move the start time up another 1/2 hour but to no avail. Alas, I'm left to find another cleaning service. So sad as I really liked this team's cleaning. At this point, I couldn't rehire this company; however, I would be happy to reconsider as noted in my final correspondence to Carmen: "I was really happy with your work, which I would mention in my Angie's List feedback. The problem is that when I asked about the time situation, there was no chance to talk about it. The whole contract was just cancelled! I was not at all asking to end my cleaning plan, nor was I making an "all or none" threat to end the contract. Truly, when one looks over my initial contract, I think it's easy to see how I thought our agreement was to be within the 3:30 to 4:30 time frame; thus, I requested that we try to aim toward this and expressed a willingness to move the time up even to 3 p.m. Had there been communication, I would have even considered the possibility of moving it up to 2:30; however, you terminated service immediately. It seemed to me that you were already having difficulty fitting in my cleaning, so this provided you with an opportunity to end my contract. I think it fair to let future Angie's List members know that the quality of your work was good; however, it is also fair for them to be prepared for a contract ending, putting clients like me in a very difficult position. I am happy to post some of our correspondence so Angie's List members can make there own judgment as to the outcome of this situation. I am so very sorry for things to end on this note as I really enjoyed and trusted you and your crew. If you choose to reconsider and communicate with me about the starting time, I would be happy to re-look at this and see if I can make the earlier time work." No response received to date. I guess I'm left to find a new cleaning service.

We have been using Green Choice for two months for bi-weekly cleaning and are very satisfied. Carmen is very easy to work with and very professional. She has a quality staff. We find the cleaning to be superior to any prior service that we have used.

The crew, along with the owner, arrived on schedule and completely cleaned almost every inch of the empty house including all of the appliances, inside all of the cabinets and the garage. When they finished, the house was sparkling. They were so professional and got to work immediately having brought along all of thr necessary cleaning supplies. Excellent work!

I had a hoarder living in my townhouse for over a decade who destroyed my hardwood floors and bathrooms to the point where I thought they might have to be replaced. It took the Green Choice 6 hours to make my house again look like the day I moved in. They arrived on time, are professional and do an amazing job. I have seven birds who can easily die from many toxic cleaning compounds, but the Green Choice specializes in using pet safe cleaning solutions which they provide you a list of in advance. They are terrific and I am using them for periodic cleaning.

Called the Agency looking for a cleaning team. They were able to provide a team within two days of the call. I Was looking for someone who was willing to clean and have a positive attitude. I had been using another cleaning service for two years but they were always complaining about something. I was ready for a change. The Green Choice owner arrived with two workers. They brought their own supplies. However I requested they use some of my non-green supplies because there was alot of old dirt and dust that need removing. I was sure the green products would remove the dirt. They were willing to use the non-green products. I showed them what I wanted and inspected as they went through the house. They did a great job and were very cooperative. They also were very positive!

The work was good. Their employees are really nice. They are accommodating as far as trying to fit me into the schedule. Their cleaning was above average! Their prices are competitive to other companies. I am hiring them for additional work.

The respond when I make a request or when I point something out. They are really helpful and pay great attention to detail.

I highly recommend the Green Choice for house cleaning. I selected them based on their fabulous reviews and their eco-friendly cleaning practices. After inquiring on their website for more information, I immediately received a call and was very impressed with the information provided to me and the ease of setting up an initial cleaning. When I came home after the first cleaning, I was like a kid in a candy shop. I walked around, ohh-ing and ahh-ing their organization and great attention to detail. My husband immediately noticed that they cleaned above the kitchen cabinets, something we kept saying we would do but never got around to it! I noticed how organized everything was and how they took time to arrange things in the bathroom, kitchen and office. I can't say enough good things about the Green Choice. It's evident they care about making your home a happy, comfy environment. And they're great with pets!

Green Choice did a fantastic job with a great attitude! They came a bit late, but made up for it with a great attitude and a willingness to do a bit of grimy cleaning work in the basement that really helped us out! We made sure that they only worked the 2 hours that we agreed to, and in that time they did just the cleaning that we asked for. GREAT!

We wanted a housecleaning company that didn't use heavy chemicals. The Green Choice team arrived *very* early (my only gripe with them) and cleaned everything in the house as an "initial clean," inc. doing laundry for no extra charge. We were so impressed we now have them come every four weeks.

Very well--they ar responsive and listen to my concerns and answer all questions. I wanted some detail work done and it was no problem!

Thorough, efficient, and respectful. Usually the same people each time, which is a plus. I don't know exactly what products they use, but they are supposedly green and nontoxic, which is attractive to me.

Mauro and Carmen take great pride in their work and it shows in how well they run their business and the employees that they have working for them. Their prices are very reasonable and so worth the quality of the cleaning service(s) they provide. They are always eager for feedback and have always encouraged us to voice any complaints if we ever had one since they are always striving to keep their customers happy and maintain a high level of quality.
