Overall, the service was good - there were some areas that were missed and I ended up cleaning myself when I finally moved in.

Carmen is the owner and very professional, accommodating and responsive. The same ladies came each time and we built a relationship. I am relocating out of state and only hope I can find such a kind, reliable and thorough cleaning service. I highly recommend them.

They worked a solid 4hrs and got all the floors, bathrooms, windows, and kitchen in great shape to move in the next day!

I was not thrilled with the service. The person that I moved in with didn't think that it was cleaned very well. We didn't see them. They came and went on their own. The price was good. If they did what they were supposed to then it was a very good price. As far as I know they were out when they said they would.

I bought a deal for deep cleaning of 2 bathrooms and a kitchen for $99 and paid an additional $25 for a third bathroom. I called the company before purchasing the deal to make sure they could do exactly what I wanted: a very thorough, deep cleaning of the bathrooms and kitchen of the house we just purchased. I wanted all cabinets and drawers cleaned, inside/outside of appliances, floors, baseboards, light fixtures -- everything cleaned and sanitized. The woman on the phone was very friendly and said yes. I was pretty disappointed by the work though. The kitchen cabinets and drawers had visible dirt in them and there were old mouse droppings in a cabinet and two drawers (the house had been empty for a year and we had to have extensive extermination). The bathrooms were a little better, but the work was just a surface clean. I have two infants and I was really disappointed that I had to hire a babysitter for an afternoon to go clean the kitchen and bathrooms before we could move in. I would not hire them again.

Scheduling started really well. I was given an 8-9am window on move in day. That was then moved to 8-9:30. Then afternoon before it went to 9:30-10:30. Had I of known the window was to move within 3 hours I would not have purchased the coupon. The dispatch was professional and timely in response. Three cleaners spent 1.5 hours on a 2,500 sq ft home. I thought they missed a few eye-level spots, such as windows rails. They did a good job on the floors. $240 seems a bit high for the service provided.

My husband and I had already moved out of our condo when we realized that some serious cleaning needed to be done of floors and appliances. It was so refreshing to find house cleaners that paid such attention to detail. When the team left, the refrigerator and oven range were immaculate and upon inspection, there was not one facet of any room, closet or cabinet that had been missed. My only regret was that I had not used this service for the move in phase of our new condo.

The cleaning had to be after I moved out, so I was already gone by the time the cleaners arrived. I didn't witness it, but the landlord gave me back my entire security deposit, so I guess they did a good job.

I have been getting biweekly cleanings for several months now and the work is consistent and amazing. They have a great attention to detail and I am always happy with the results. They are more thorough than I could ever have the time or patience for, dusting, vacuuming, and wiping down everything, moving appliances and objects as necessary, never cutting corners. I accidentally left a basket of clean laundry out one day and came home to find it all neatly folded. The staff is always very pleasant and the work speaks for itself. A+

A very pleasant team arrived and set to work immediately. Kitchen, bathrooms, cobwebs, floors, thick dust, bedding washed and replaced all done swiftly and efficiently. The whirlwind of activity was amazing and thorough! Even the cluttered basement took on a new life and pet smells were gone. It was a pleasure having them in my home. All I had to do was stay out of the way. They left nothing but a clean house and a stunned homeowner. Best thing I have done for myself in years.

Showed up on time to clean my whole rental town home. The bathrooms were very clean. My main level and basement floors were not cleaned at all. Couter tops are dirty, top of fridge weren't cleaned. I have to assume that is because no persons were present when they do the job (my rental property). The worse comes to when i came back from vacation after labor day complain about it. Their answer is that I must complain within 24 hour, knowing that it's an empty house. I have regular maid services at my own resident to clean the house regularly. In comparison, this company certainly not doing a good service job of what they're selling (givien it's not cheap as well)

We were highly satisfied with the work. There was some confusion about dates but that was quickly straightened out.

I wasn't actually home and never saw them, but the whole process went very smoothly and we came back that evening to a very clean house. I would definitely hire them again.

It wasn't a great experience. We mostly just needed them to clean the floors and clear out the refrigerator, etc. – not the whole house. They had three people there for about five hours (and they were late) to clean a max of 1,500 sq. feet. For the price, I wouldn’t use them again. It also didn’t help that only one person could speak broken English, either.

The ladies arrived earlier than expected, they were ready to work when they got there! They did a great job cleaning the hardwood floors, and were very focused on each room of the house.

The Green Choice contacted us right away about my request. They worked with our hectic schedules to find a time that would work for us. The people who came to the house listened carefully about our needs and wishes and the house. They were very courteous and professional and even alerted us to a few problem areas (possible leaking sink). The house was absolutely sparkling when they finished. We plan to use them again soon!

Services provided were well-performed. The housecleaning didn't include quite everything I expected, like cleaning our hardwood floors (although, maybe we just didn't ask). The services were provided punctually and professionally, and we really didn't think we could get a better deal than the Angie's List deal. We were happy enough with the provider that we asked for them to come back a couple days later and do carpet cleaning for the house, which was also a good experience.
