Kurt did an exceptional job with this pair of first-time homebuyers. We were certainly not his easiest clients. We found a home we wanted to put an offer on early in our search. The sellers unreasonably responded to our first offer, and we sent a counter. Hours later, we saw online a different property that we thought we'd love even more. Kurt rose to the occasion of granting our unreasonable request to meet him at that new prospect within an hour that evening. We did love it more, and we asked him to withdraw the counter and write another offer for the new property. He did so with enthusiasm. Two offers in one week, no problem! We purchased that second property, and we have his flexibility to thank! Kurt is a consummate professional, very communicative, and a pleasure to have representing you. We appreciated his experience to guide us through the process. He is also very good at highlighting features and flaws of properties that the inexperienced eye would miss. We also commend him for bringing us successfully through to closing even though the seller and his agent were not the easiest to work with and there were bumps along the way, including a memorably bad walkthrough on the day of the closing.
