SV Professional Cleaning

This was great service, I had stains on some of my carpet, and he got them all out. He asked me about cleaning 2 additional rooms for an added fee and I declined. Then I found he cleaned the additional rooms at no charge! I had them cleaned on the exact day that I chose. SV Carpet cleaning was wonderful, I truly will never use any other company!

Bought a $95 deal for 3 rooms and a hallway. With that exceptional of a deal I wasn't sure what sort of quality we would receive but Stan was top notch. He was punctual, efficient, friendly, and most importantly made our carpets look great. With 2 giant dogs and a toddler in the house we had a tall order and he delivered flawlessly.

Prompt, punctual, professional, and very reasonable! I had a few very nasty pet stains that they completely removed. I highly recommend them!

Stan was very prompt and courteous and cleaned the carpets nicely. He was very knowledgable about stains and carpet fibers.

SV Carpet Cleaning is a small operations. The owner came by to work on our property. He was on-time, professional, and thorough. We had an Angie's List package for 5 areas. SV charged a very reasonable price for the stairs -- better than most competitors. Prior to starting serivce, SV did a walk-through of the property to ensure he identified all areas that were part of the job. He pre-treated stains, explained what he was going to do, what equipment he was going to use, and the approximate time required. He also did a good job of setting expectations -- identifying certain types of carpet issues that were not likely to be resolved by standard cleaning alone. SV finished in a timely manner. Then he went above a beyond by applying premium surfactants by hand to remove one particularly troublesome stain. We really appreciated his professionalism and attention to detail.

Prompt and efficient service. Was even able to get out two small stains without a deep clean.

On time. Professional. Advised that the carpet wasn't really dirty but they cleaned it anyway.

I bought a big deal for this service. It is the second time I have had him here and I am very happy with him. We had moved most of the furniture because of the water damage so he just moved one thing. They cleaned using a wet method. He had there might be additional, but he was able to get the stains out without doing additional work. He was fabulous. I have had him back. I really like him. He is not trying to get you for extra money; he is trying to help. His pricing was very good. He knew what the insurance had given me and was trying his best to help. He was very good and was right on time.

The provider arrived on time, was very courteous and explained exactly what he was going to do. I was a little worried when he left because the carpet was really wet but I followed his instructions (close windows and put A/C on 65 degrees for a few hours) and it worked like a charm. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Overall the job was done efficiently by one person. I wish there were better chemical to remove the dirt and clean better.

It turned out great. They had great customer service. They said and did what they're going to do. They did a great job.

He was punctual and professional. Did a great job!! He allowed me to substitute the stairs for a room. Longstanding stains in the carpet that I thought would not come up, disappeared. The cost noted above represents the Angie's deal. Have not had an occasion to use him since the Angie's deal, but, would use him again.

Stan was very polite, prompt, honest and knowledgeable. He did a very good job overall. He asked me to check every floor to make sure the work is done to my satisfaction. He was honest about some tough stains that he could not get out. Overall, I am very pleased with his work.

The service went well. They did exactly what the deal stated. I appreciated that they did not try to sell me any extra services and stuck to the deal. One technician came out and completed the work in about an hour and a half. He was pleasant to work with and did a nice job. The service went smoothly and there were no problems. It was easy to schedule the service.

See above. I was very pleased. The only thing I didn't realize until he explained when he arrived was how long it would take to dry. I wish that had been explained when I made the appointment.

He came within a week I purchased the big deal. He was ok. I wouldn't use him again. He was a kind of rush and was not thorough. I've used other carpet cleaners who were much better. So, I wouldn't use him again. He just doesn't know what he is doing and doesn't know the difference between a wall carpet and a manufactured fiber. You have to treat them differently and he was not aware of it.

I didn't realize that this company does not service the Brooklyn, NY area. They responded immediately, however, so I was able to cancel the order. They also followed up with a phone call, which I appreciated. Too bad I don't have any carpets to clean in Virginia!

I had this company out to clean and deodorize wall-to-wall carpets that my old dog has practically ruined with urine, vomit & bloody emissions. (I'd used Nature's Miracle & a Bissel steam machine for hours, without much success.) All the stains are gone, though the smell lingers (but is reduced). I'm sure the urine has gone through to the pad, & won't be gone until we rip up the carpet. SV carpet allowed me to reschedule my January appointment to Dec. 18 when I couldn't take the smell anymore. He was on time & very professional. I would absolutely use this company again.

Stannis, the owner, arrived on time, surveyed the areas to be cleaned, set up his equipment and went right to work. He was fast, but through and did a quality job. The carpet itself is old and worn, but looks good enough now to squeeze another year or two out of it. Stannis was polite and knowledgeable, I would not hesitate to use his service again.

The technician checked on the time the day prior and reconfirmed the morning of the service. He arrived right on time and walked through the house before provided an explanation of any adjustments based on the condition of the carpet. Once that was agreed to, he began cleaning. He was efficient and totally professional. The carpets had not been cleaned in 5 years. It was a lot of work, but done expertly. When the job was done, he explained what he had done and asked if there were any questions. The work was outstanding! The next time I have to get the carpets done, I will seek this company out.

Excellent customer serves and job well done. We hired "Sv Carpet Cleaning LLC" to clean carpet in our new house. Carpet was in the terrible condition and Stas was able to make it look like a new. There was not hidden fees or extra charges. We were impressed with level of the customer services and we would definitely hire "Sv Carpet Cleaning LLC" next time when we need carpet cleaning.

I have a one bedroom apartment that I haven’t cleaned for the past two years. On the phone I was asked several questions and upon further review, was told that some of the area might need some deep cleaning that would be extra. I had some stains in the higher traffic areas like the living room and dining room. On the day of the appointment, the technician walked around and honestly told me that even after the deep cleaning, the carpet won’t look brand new. I was worried about it but overall the carpet looks great, and I was very happy with the results. I also asked if he could add some deodorizer, because I smoke inside sometimes. He happily added that and the carpet is very clean and fresh now

Went well, they are prompt, explain what to anticpate after they are finished. They work quickly and leave no mess or disturb anything. Takes a little longer for deep cleaning areas to dry, even after being told that it would take 4 hrs to dry. Mostly due to cooler weather and humidty. Otherwise I was satisfied.
