Cleaning was scheduled promptly, the guy showed up on time and finished his cleaning quickly. The carpet looked great once he was done.

It turned out very well. I think 1 person came to complete the work and I can't quite remember how long it took but I think it was about an hour. Unfortunately, I had one patch of very worn carpet, that didn't work to well, but the rest turned out fine. I think in general, just the care they took in cleaning, stood out to me.

They are wonderful. The best carpet cleaner I’ve had. They got stains out that other carpet cleaners couldn’t get out. The guy was very nice.

He was punctual and did exactly what he said he was going to do with upselling me at all, which was good.

This was our second carpet cleaning from Stan; we called him back because of the excellent quality of the first cleaning in the basement and bedrooms. We received a time block from 8-10am for our service. Stan arrived at approximately 8:45am ready to work! He was polite, efficient and hardworking. Our carpet looked amazing after it was dry, about 8 hours later! Stan was thorough in explaining the process before/during/after service. We will use him again in the future and also refer him to our friends!

It went very well, the owner took his own calls and did the work. There were extra stains that he went after and did his best to remove.

It went very well. He did a wonderful job with my carpets. Also he cleaned all my area rugs for a very good price and my rugs look like they are new. There was no mess afterwords. My carpets are still looking like new carpet even after 2 months of cleaning. I was very pleased with their service. I will definitely hire them again.

It turned out well. The tech was very knowledgeable and courteous. The carpets stayed wet longer than I anticipated. I paid an additional $15 dollars because I had stairs. The price was normal and average.

We recently purchased a new home and wanted to have the carpets cleaned before moving in. SV Carpet Cleaning provided an accurate estimate over the phone, directed us to a deal for Angie's List customers, and didn't push us to purchase additional services. The gentleman who performed the cleaning called about 20 minutes prior to arriving to let us know he would be at our home at the scheduled time. When he arrived, he walked through each room to assess the carpet. He noted bad stains in one room and asked if we wanted him to try to remove them. He explained the cost associated with the additional work, and that he would try a few small spots, and if he wasn't able to remove them, he would stop. We had already dismissed the idea of getting the stains out because they were so bad, but since he seemed optimistic, we decided to give it a go. After a few minutes, he called us back to the room and had us look at one of the spots. It wasn't completely gone, but it had been significantly lightened. He asked if we would like him to proceed with the rest of the stains, and we approved. The gentleman also pointed out stains in other rooms that he didn't believe could be removed. We truly appreciated the honesty and were very pleased with the service.

SV provided solid estimates for the work to be done, arrived at the agreed upon date and time and performed the work in a diligent manner. The wall to wall carpet looked really good after they finished. It had previously had a number of stains and was quite dirty, but now it looks almost like when we bought it. The area rug, while not deep cleaned, looked much better also, and didn't smell so much like our beloved dog. We will contact SV again when we decide to clean our basement carpet.

The service provider tried very hard and was accommodating. unfortunately, his "second" machine broke during the service. That led to (I believe) excess water in the carpet after cleaning. It looked pretty good though for very old carpet and he was fair and honest with me about the limitation given the age of the carpet.

The person who did the work showed up right on time and did an incredible job. He was professional, nice and explained everything that would be done. He was excellent. It did not take nearly as long as I thought it would and the carpets looked fabulous. I could not have been more pleased. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone and I will definitely use them again.

He called before he came, He performed the service in a quick and timely manner and didn't pressure me to upgrade any services , like most carpet cleaning service try to do. Everything was well done
