Not well. Never got service.

Suzanna is always on time, very through and detailed oriented. Her group goes through my house throughly and in a short amount of time. Her products are very good. Suzanna is nice to be around, and the women who work for her are the same. I have been using her cleaning service for over 15 years, and will use her as long as I am in the area. Every week is a good week with Suzanna!!

The cleaning service did a very good job of cleaning the first time they came to my house. We agreed that I would call them back a couple weeks later after returning from my vacation and we would set up a regular schedule of cleaning. I called several times but they never called back. I felt it was simply a waste of my time and my disappointed the company with these high ratings never got back to me to set up a regular schedule. I have since found another cleaning service that not only cleans well but is responsive to my calls

We have worked with Susana and her team for four years, and so we can attest to her team's professionalism, dedication, thoroughness, honesty, and quality. We look forward to cleaning day because our home is sparkling clean -- our visitors always remark on how clean and fresh our home is, and it's due to Susana. They are prompt, polite, pleasant, respectful, thorough, and responsive. I can make special requests (for example, clean the fridge, focus on cleaning a certain room, etc), and the team also does special projects on their own initiative, such as sprucing up an area or cleaning picture windows. I feel that they know my house and take pride in making it look beautiful each week. We have never had any issues whatsoever with theft. We can heartily recommend Susana's Cleaning Service based on our long-term satisfaction.

We were referred to Susana by a friend for whom Susana also cleans. That was years ago and we have never had a moment's doubt that Susana wasn't the best housecleaner we have ever used. She cleans every 2 weeks and we have had her team do special projects occasionally. They have polished our silver, cleaned our porch before we open it in the spring and cleaned out all kitchen drawers and cabinets.

Susana and her team clean my house every 2 weeks and it is a god send and marriage saver! I went through three other service companies before Susana was recommended by a friend. She has cleaned for us over 10 years now, through two houses (including two years of construction/renovation) and two babies. There is nothing like coming home to a clean house after Susana and her team have been there! Susana herself supervises the team, ensuring quality and consistency.
