After having just recently sold my subsequent home with a realtor other than Susan, I found myself yearning for the days in 2008 when I sold my previous property; Susan was my listing agent and she was great! She did all of the legwork herself, unlike my recent agent whose office assistant did most of the communicating with me. Susan did tons of research, learned about the housing market in my niche location, visited several other properties for sale in my development, and together we arrived at the right selling price. She was very candid about the work I needed to do on the house to prepare it for sale. She handled the open house herself, and it sold quickly. She stayed in touch with me via email frequently and I found her very responsive. She was a professional from start to finish, and I really appreciated her hands-on approach to her business. I believe she has received several distinguished awards within her industry. I would have hired her again but I didn't think she would cover the area where I was living. We contacted Susan to discuss options for selling or renting our home. She told us that she would do some research and call or e-mail us shortly to set up an appointment to discuss further. She even suggested a date that we meet. She never got back to us.

She was especially helpful during our purchase of new construction single family home - drawing on her contacts with attorneys, building inspectors and accountants. She was an excellent intermediary between the seller agent, the builder and us. We couldn't have done it without her. She is professional, knowledgeable, courteous and fun to deal with.
