Fantastic.... he was punctual, called enroute to let me know his exact time of arrival. He surveyed the job and pointed some problem areas that the previous provider had not done right and told me not to worry, that he would take care of them. And he did just that. The job was quickly and professionally done. Danny also offered some advise one some improvements and gave a very reasonable quote to clean the entire basement carpet. Danny's prices were extremely reasonable.... Best job in carpet work I have ever had.

Unfortunately, Danny O'Conner has had to visit our home on several occasions due to water damage caused by a leaking basement door. The door is in the process of being replaced, but that's another story. We located him on-line, called him up, explained the situation, and he was very quick to respond. The first time, we had uncovered the damaged area, removed the pad and rented fans to dry us out. Danny arrived, and very quickly replaced the padding, repaired a damaged section of the carpet that I had butchered as I was removing it from a closet, cleaned up very well and was gone. Quick and Professional. less than a week later, the same thing happened! This time, I called Danny and asked for his help. He arrived quickly and removed the carpet and padding (without making any mistakes like I did when I tried to do it myself). He placed a dehumidifier and an air mover to dry the place out yet again and was quickly on his way. He returned 4 days later to take back his fans and re-installed my carpet with padding. In short, Mr. O'Conner was responsive and professional. He works quickly and competently, always doing what he says he will do at the time he says he will. His prices are very reasonable, and you can be sure that if (God Forbid) I should have another problem with my basement, Danny is the Only person I will call.

great. I called him and he came over that day; within 2 hours. Danny seemed to really "know his stuff" -- he's been in the business for 30 years. For example he said the high quality carpet in our bedroom required a different kind of glue, so he left and came back later with the higher quality glue. Obviously, that took him more time. He patched the hole, and it fit snugly and is now -- after cleaning -- barely visible. Minimum charge was $150 for the first patch, but then the second one was only $50 extra, which seemed reasonable. He was very friendly, willing to educate me about the process. Recommended cleaning to hide the patch more, and gave us an excellent quote for cleaning, which he came back and did ($50/room=$300 total). He worked long and h****** some very dirty spots, and was various generous about going little "extras" (e.g. several rugs and one small bedroom for free). Throughout the process, he had to come and go several times (e.g. waiting for glue to dry, to get part for his machine etc.) but throughout there was excellent communication -- e.g. we asked him to call always when he was 15 min away, so we could be sure to be here.
