They could fix their price point. Competitive pricing. It took about two hours to do the work, there were two people that came out. They do quality work and they also offer a yearly contract. That's the good thing. I had the option to extend mines into a yearly contract.

The one we got was not so good. They didn't do a good job. My husband said it was dirtier than when it started. We were disappointed that we did not have the same quality of product here in Virginia as we did in New York City. It was not good. They even left some streaks on the carpet. They were on time and professional. They just were not good. I would not use them again.

They have always been excellent. I have used them over the years. We have been here for 17 years and I usually get them to clean about a couple of years.

They are great. The quality of work is good but sometimes it’s hard to tell because carpets are never perfect when they are done.

The company sent an email a few days before the appointment to remind me of the time they would be at my home. They gave a window of 11-3 for arrival. I was told they would call the day of service when they were on their way. I received a call promptly at 11:15 to say that they were 20-30 minutes out. I was thrilled by this since it was the earlier time of the window and I actually got a phone call as promised. I was not at home when they arrived so they actually called again once they arrived. I pulled in about 2 minutes behind them. They got started as soon as I pulled in and they set up and were spraying the pre-treatment within 15 minutes of getting to my home. I was having the home professionally cleaned by a cleaning service as well and they didn't have a problem working around them and getting the job done. They started on the top floor where the maids were already done and worked their way down. I had a few areas of concern in my kids rooms which they had no problem getting out of the carpets. It took them about an hour and a half to complete my 3000 sq. ft. Townhouse and I did a walk thru once they were finished the carpets looked fantastic. They were white carpets that have been through many renters and when Stanley Steemer finished them they looked almost like new. The crew was very professional and did a great job making the carpets look and smell clean again. I would hire them again and recommend to others.

The work on the ceramic floors was great! White floors w white grout that had become discolored. They steam cleaned and color-sealed (white) 19 year old floors. The floors now look great! Kitchen floors had been set in concrete, and I didn't like the look-- grey w white tiles. Had it color sealed in white and floors look new! Bath MUCH improved with the grout white again. Leather furniture was so dry and rough- looks much better and is soft know. Jorge and Rashad were great technicians-- personable, professional, very informative and helpful. No disruptions to whole place while they were working-- they were as unobtrusive as possible.
