Stagnum Construction

I have had Stagnum Construction maintain my larger size pool on a weekly basis since the summer of 2021. They recently moved my pool equipment due to the construction of an addition and also added a pool heater. They also poured a concrete walkway and pool equipment pad. The owner, Jay, was always willing to meet with me and my construction folks often on short notice to verify pool conduits and discuss mutual issues during excavation and construction of the addition. The above work was extremely professional. Jay, is very personable and friendly and responsive to issues as they arise. His team is very hard working and dedicated. It is hard to find a personal touch much these days but a pleasure to have his company maintain my pool and help with concrete work. I highly recommend without reservation!

Very responsive contractor!

Jay has been incredibly responsive. Does a great job with opening and closing pool. Recently, my pool pump died and he replaced it in a couple days. Great job and very fair price. Would recommend him and Stagnum Pool Co any day.

I would give 11 out of 10 stars, if possible. I hired Stagnum Construction to build my pool earlier this summer. They were responsive and worked each and everyday. I don't often give reviews or recommendations, but I had to give a shot out to Jay and his team.

Stagnum has done excellent work for our neighborhood pool, Parklawn Pool, over the last few years and is always priced right! I highly recommend them!

Stagnum is exceptional..Great response, communication, follow-through, reliable, customer friendly, goes above and beyond. Repaired a damaged wrought iron fence, but they do way more than that...full service. Most of all, Jay is a really nice guy to work with...keeps promises, competitive pricing, excellent quality workmanship, honest and ethical. He keeps promises and would hire\recommend him to anyone in Northern Virginia. Thank you Jay and Team!
