Description of Work: Springfield Roofing is the finest contractor to ever do any work on my house. After three estimates by top contractors in the area, we selected Springfield Roofing for their clear and concise estimate, which was 8% less expensive to the nearest competitor. They thoroughly inspected my roof by spending at least 1 hour walking over nearly every square inch, explained every step of the replacement process, the time required, number of crew members and how they would remove the old shingles, replace any rotted roof decking and then install the new shingles. They estimated that the job would take 4 days and maybe a few hours on the 5th day. We do have a large roof. They protected all landscaping and other fixtures by covering them with large tarpaulins (including our deck, HVAC outdoor systems) and anything else that could remotely be in danger - replacing a roof is heavy construction. The management of the job site was exemplary. Crew members were constantly cleaning the area and kept every walkway and driveway section swept and extremely clean. After work every day my driveway was cleared and we could return our cars to the garage. The roof is beautiful, it has survived several 1"-3" rains from the severe weather fringing on the recent hurricane areas. They spoke with us several times a day to keep us updated, and enthusiastically answered our questions and and requests. They assisted us in selecting top grade shingles and went out of their way climbing onto the roof placing sample shingles there for my my and I to decide on a final color. "This is a 5-star company that we can recommend to everyone."

Description of Work: Assessed a leak in the roof, thoroughly examined the entire roof and made other repairs that were needed. They were prompt, professional and did great work. I already used them again for a repair at a rental property.

Description of Work: I called for an estimate to repair a whole in the roof. The receptionist took my information and forwarded it to and estimator. Fortunately David was able to come out right away which was critical because of the leak. The estimate seemed a bit high but overall reasonable. Other roofing companies were saying it would take several weeks to provide an estimate so I was grateful for their promptness! It turned out they could squeeze me in right away and they crew came out when promised (actually early) and preformed the work nicely. They even found a second smaller hole and repaired that too. I was pleased with the whole process. They even sent a thank you note, a nice touch!

Description of Work: Back porch was added 3 years ago, but the contractor used the wrong type and length of nails on the roofing. Also did a really poor job installing the flashing. In one spot, they actually used cardboard. As a result, the roof stated leaking. Mike from Springfield Roofing came out the same day we called, evaluated the roof issues, and took photos while he was up there so he could show us what the problems were. Two days later, his crew came, removed the old roof, and installed a new roof. They cleaned up afterward. We had have no further issues! Would definitely recommend Springfield Roofing. A little pricey, but worth it in the end.

Description of Work: New Hardy Plank siding was installed on our house. They were wonderful to deal with and gave different options to complete the job. They were timely and very professional. I would highly recommend them and would use them again if I had any siding or roofing issues.

Description of Work: I've used Springfield Roofing, Siding & Windows Inc several times since 2011 to repair loose siding and roof leaks. While they may be a bit expensive for simple repairs under an hour, they are very responsive, professional, and took care of the problems immediately the first time out & with no need for a second trip. They were easy to talk to, scheduled my work right away and showed up early. I'll definitely use them again in the future.

Description of Work: I had a leak around a dryer vent in my roof, the team installed a proper dryer vent (it was a vertical pipe out). I haven't had water come in since and they work was good. The team was very nice.

Description of Work: Had them replace our very steep roofing. The crew showed up on time and were extremely professional. They worked a section at a time so that every day the house was completely covered. They cleaned up daily and made sure our gutter guard was back in place after they finished. Exceptional work and customer service. We would definitely recommend them.

Description of Work: Fixed two, circa five inch, seams on a flat copper roof. |Two workers arrived earlier than I expected, which I appreciated since I was worried that the leak would get worse with every additional rainy day. They set up the ladders, brought their equipment and material up to the roof, did their job efficiently and left the place clean. All in all they were there less than an hour, which surprised me, since the actual work time was only a small portion of that time and I thought the price was a little too high for that.
