They are really good. Very knowledgeable and thorough. I found the guy to be very sincere. Very professional.

The whole experience was positive. They were efficient. They followed up with me the next day. The came out the same day. Everything was great.

It went fine. Nothing exceptional, but nothing bad either.

The main reason I called them out was to replace a pipe collar and stop a leak coming into my attic. While the estimator was up there, he said that the chimney flashing was separating and needed to be fixed too, that the leak could be coming from there. I appreciated the attention to that detail. The final price for both chimneys and the pipe collar was the same as just the pipe collar from another company. The leak was fixed. I gave them a B on quality not for the effectiveness, but purely on cosmetics--it could look a little cleaner and smoother than it does. This is a minor issue on such a small job, though, and overall I am quite satisfied.

They came out very quickly for the estimate. They were very communicative. They gave us a quick turnaround and did a great job. We feel that they gave us a fair price for the work done.

Springfield roofing sent out an estimator quite promptly, and follwed up later that day with a written estimate. Once I had signed the estimate, they came out within 24 hours to repair the roof. Two weeks later, the roof was still leaking, so I called them and they came out the next day and did more work. No leaks since then. They were about $500 cheaper than the other estimate I got, and they guarantee their work for a year. I was very pleased.

I've used Springfield roofing 3 times now and each time I've been very happy. They respond quickly when I call. Their estimates are detailed and their estimators are very knowledgeable and helpful. I have had multiple roof-leak problems due to shoddy work by the original builder. Springfield has fixed them all and I haven't had a problem since.

EXCELLENT!!!! John came very quickly to provide us with the estimate. The estimate was extremely reasonable. At that time, he also checked to ensure that our temporary patch would hold. I also truly appreciated John's honesty. He explained items that truly needed to be addressed and items that could wait (i.e. replacing the entire roof). The employees that completed the work were on-time and very professional. They cleaned-up after themselves and overall did an excellent job. I found Springfield Roofing on Angie's List, and I am truly thankful.

Overall well. Had to ask them to attach the vent to the rafters on the inside so that it didn't gap.

The job went pretty well. This company did good work and cleaned up after themselves. I don't know if anything is wrong until a few years down the road.

After I signed the contract they delivered the materials within a week and the next week they were here to install. Always kept their promises as to when they would be here; they were very well organized. Did the job in 2 days with minimal disruption. They cleaned up very thoroughly after they were finished, but after they left I got concerned that there might be roofing nails hiding in the lawn that would damage the mower the next time I mowed. But then a supervisor showed up to check after the crew and he had a big magnet on a stick and went over the whole lawn checking for roofing nails without my even mentioning my concerns. I was impressed with that thoroughness.

This company did what they said they would do. They were careful of the shrubs and grass around the area they were working. They cleaned up very well.

We would not use Springfield Siding in the future.

I was particularly concerned that the company not hire subcontractors because of the liability. The salesman assured me that only employees for the company would do the work. The day they did the work, they seemed to be efficient and neat. There was nothing left outside at all. I was mildly disappointed by a delay at the beginning. I think the salesman had the wrong email so it took longer than initially stated to get the work started. But once the work was done, I was happy. I appreciated the straight and honest handling of this job.

Very responsive to initial call, arrived as scheduled to check the roof and provide an estimate. Explained the estimate well. The work was done one day later than initially scheduled due to late arrival of the shingles. Their crew was professional, took good care to set down tarps and not damage the garden. They were very good at cleaning up. A supervisor came the next day to check their work and the cleanup.

They were recommended to me by a friend. They seemed to be very professional. They gave me an estimate, which seemed reasonable, so I had them come out and do the work. I called them back after a couple of months because of some leakage. They were responsive to calls so they came back out and patched up the area. Two or three months after that I had them come back out for the same reason and they were responsive, courteous, and professional. I would give them high marks for their customer service and responsiveness but low marks for the quality of work because they had to come out three time because of the same problem.

I placed a call Monday morning around 8:30. They had an estimate back to me by 10:00. They had the work completed first thing Tuesday morning. Everyone there was very helpful.
