It went very well. The granite they helped me choose was exactly what I was hoping for. The installation went without a hitch.

The experience went well. Everything was done in about a week. Dave was very patient and showed us all the products as we made our selection. I loved working with them. Everything was professionally done, we are very pleased. I highly recommend them in heart beat with no hesitation.

Granite installation went fine, very nice people, the problem was with the first plumber who was unable to reinstall the drain stopper, so he didn't. Contacted Springfield Marble a couple times and even stopped by their office with no satisfaction. Since I had only paid 1/2 the cost upfront, I waited to hear from them. After about 5 months they finally called me stating I had an unpaid balance. I informed them of the issue again and they finally sent a second plumber that was able to reconnect the drain stopper.

We visited Springfield Marble and Granite on recommendation of a neighbor who had used them for a kitchen renovation, and because we were unhappy with the responsiveness of the firm providing our kitchen design in reference to selection of the countertop materials. Although Springfield Marble and Granite offered a comparatively small selection of countertop materials, we found just what we wanted, at a far better price than that quoted by the other supplier. All aspects of work to make and complete the order were handled professionally, and on time. One small problem related to measurement was immediately corrected. We love our counters in both kitchen and bath!

We went to other companies for quotes but Pyramid really took the extra time to help us select the right granite to match our cabinets and kitchen layout. It took about a week after the measurements were done for the installation. The installation was done in about 45 minutes and looks great. The installers were cognizant of our appliances fitting and everything looking seamless.

We picked the granite we liked, he made us an offer. He came out to measure after the cabinets were installed. Delivered the countertop and installed it at the promised date. Professional job, no surprises, we are happy with the result.

Terrific. This is the second time I've used these guys and I've referred several friends. The price was average, maybe a little better than average. They showed up when they said they would, completed the work when they said they would and the counters look great. They are not a fly by night operation. They have a nice facility and do all they're own work. They'll take you to the back to pick the actual slab you want and you can see their guys hard at work for other clients. Just so you know, you can even negotiate the price down a bit. The worst thing they'll do is say no. They gave me a few bucks off for referring friends.
