Description of Work: Sparkle reupholstered two antique chairs, an antique rocker and a lounger. They did a fabulous job, including providing services that were not included in the price. Most of the pieces were about 130 years old and they look wonderful. Very kind, fast and efficient.

Description of Work: I really liked Sparkle! They were fast and the work looks phenomenal. The price was expensive, but usually that's how it goes with upholstery. My husband and I like to think of it as a great investment for several years.

Description of Work: I give Sparkle Upholstery an A++. The work is exquisite, the owners very helpful and pleasant and the work was completed on time. | |As others have said, Sparkle is not cheap but you get what you pay for. |The original upholstery on our antique French armchair and footstool was faded and had been damaged by cats. I did a lot of research beforehand to determine what kind of work would need to be done to restore it to it's previous Napoleonic glory. Since this particular kind of chair is not often found in the U.S., I was worried that we wouldn't be able to find an upholsterer who could save it. Sparkle rebuilt the chair and footstool from the frame up. They cleaned up the wooden legs, retied all the springs, put in new padding, and hand tufted the chair. Then they applied protective finish on both. We love the new version as much as we did the old one.

Description of Work: I called Sparkle on Friday to inquire about having my couch cushions re-stuffed. They gave me an estimate over the phone, explained the process and told me they could take me the next day. When I arrived the next morning, they were quick and efficient to get my order processed and told me they'd try to have the work completed that day. I told them that it wasn't a problem if they didn't finish that day, I'd be happy to pick up as much as was complete and could get the rest the following weekend (my work schedule wouldn't allow me to get there during the week). They called me a couple hours later to tell me the job was complete!! When I arrived to pick up the cushions, they helped me to my car. The quality of the work is great and they were both professional and friendly from start to finish!! This business truly understands the concept of customer service!! I will use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: I had only a small job - a slipcover for an ottoman. Sparkle did excellent work, a beautiful job with piping, and they were professional and pleasant all around. They also were responsive to my initial inquiry via e-mail. It seemed a little expensive to me, but I didn't get other estimates so I don't know.
