Description of Work: They cleaned the roof on my house. They took pictures of before and after so i could see. They also cleaned my gutters. They did a super job, they inspected the chimney, and washed off the algae. They inspected the chimney cap and the concrete seal. The two men Josue and Chris, were exceptionally diligent, thourough and precise. They made sure informed of any issues I may need to be aware of, they were absoulutely wonderful.

Description of Work: Smart Wash did a "soft" cleaning of our roof. Rather than recommending that the roof be replaced, the technicians confirmed that the roof was in good shape but in need of cleaning. They detailed the process for me, and we set a date and time for the work to be done. They were prompt in arriving and took their time to see that the job was done correctly. They explained what to expect afterwards, and they cleaned up after the work was done. I would highly recommend the process and the company. Beats power washing and causing potential damage to the tiles and surely beats replacing the roof. I hope to call them back for window washing after the pollen has subsided.

Description of Work: I had my fence, flagstone patio, and Trex decking powerwashed. They did a very good job and moved items that were in the way, replacing them how they were found. I wish I had contacted my neighbors in advance to get them to move their car, but fortunately it wasn't an issue since they were home. They were careful to rinse items that could be damaged by the pre-treatment. They came in under cost compared to a friend's company. I was very happy with their work and will use them again if needed. Note to any future customer, plan ahead so that items around the areas being washed can be moved in advance. Talk to your neighbors in case they need to enter their yard to wash your fence.

+ 1 moreI had a very good experience with Smart Wash, LLC. While they provide a variety of services, I utilized the company for a house washing and composite deck cleaning. They use a soft wash method - no high pressure power washing that can damage siding. The owners were extremely polite and professional. They returned calls in a timely fashion, answered all my questions, and showed up on time for the free estimate. The final estimate was professional and sent to me quickly. From start to finish, the coordination and execution was simple and easy. They showed up on time and completed the work, including re-connecting the hoses. The house and deck look like new again. I will certainly be utilizing Smart Wash again in the future, perhaps for a roof cleaning or other services.
