+ -1 moreI called and had the assessor here in my house within two hours after a burst pipe caused a flood. The team arrived two hours after that and worked BRILLIANTLY from 7:30 PM until they finished their work at 2:30 AM (yes .. AM). The two people they sent were simply wonderful ... they not only did all the work necessary to remove much of the water and prepare the basement to dry (installed 14 fans, two dehumidfiers, a heater and sealed the entire basement to promote dehumidifying), but they were exceptional at caring for all our personal items, helping us to move a great deal upstairs - out of the way. They came and inspected everything every day for four days ... and on the fourth day, it was entirely dry - no mold or smell at all ... and they removed all their equipment. Yes, it's expensive ... and it was worth every penny.

+ -1 moreMY CARPETS WERE PRETTY DIRTY, AND THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB ON GETTING ALL THE GREASE STAINS OUT. THEY EVEN SPOT TREATED AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. THIS IS A GREAT COMPANY.
