+ -1 moreElizandro and his crew are great! This is the second house where he's refinished our hardwoods and I highly recommend him. Beyond the usual restoration of the previously mistreated hardwoods, he expertly relaid a darker inlay border patter in our dining room. I had expanded the kitchen into the dining room as part of our renovation, so I had to cut into / remove this double inlay border pattern. Elizandro put it back in so well that it looks like it was the original layout. His estimates for time to complete were spot on, which makes it very easy to work with him. He also very smartly recognized that I should have him come back to do the third and final coat of polyurethane after the other contractors were done. He was very right, and clearly looking out for my best interests.
Description of Work: Refinished two stories of hardwood floors including repair to areas where holes had been cut for ducts and pipes, relaid a border pattern of a darker inlay, sanded, and put three coats of polyurethane.

Description of Work: Elizandro was wonderful from start to finish. During the quoting process, he listened to what we wanted and then provided useful professional advice that allowed us to make the best decisions regarding the floors. We had different types of underfloor (wood and concrete) on our two floors, and he was able to use 100% on the top floor and engineered, unfinished wood on the bottom floor. This made the entire floor look uniform throughout the house. It also will allow us to re-finish the downstairs 2-3 times in the future. This was much better than the pre-finished engineered floor every other contractor wanted to put in our downstairs floor. The floor was sanded and finished beautifully. Elizandro and his team also put on three coats of finish. And lastly, he worked around our schedule to make sure we weren't inconvenienced too much by the work and the smell. We highly recommend Elizandro and would use his company's services again without any reservations.

+ -1 moreProfessional, knowledgeable, and nice. Provided great recommendations for stain and was very capable in dealing with the strange things one runs into when refinishing 100 year old floors. Not only would I recommend using him again, I plan to use him again for my next project.
