I will definitely use Revelation Services in the future. I submitted a service request through via the firm's website and received a phone call within hours. I discussed the project requirements with Tim and received a ROM cost estimate over the phone and scheduled an appointment for Tim to come to my home the following day, a Sunday. Tim arrived promptly and he and I discussed the specific requirements of the job. He and I discussed cable routing and the various options for mounts. He explained why he preferred to use a specific brand of mount and not the one that I was considering--a mount from Monoprice. (I should have listened to him. I purchased the Monoprice mount only to conclude at the time of the installation that it was not going to work for my project.) I scheduled the installation for two weeks in the future on a Saturday. He contacted me the morning of the installation to confirm and then arrived on time. Tim was meticulous when it came to installing the mounts and TV. He has a professional background in ergonomic design and was careful to make sure that the TV was mounted at the optimal height on the wall in relation to my preferred viewing position in the room. He then took care to ensure that the TV was centered properly on the wall and level. I used many service providers for various projects in my house. Revelation Services is among the best.

Did not show up or call. Have not heard from him since.

Tim was courteous and progressional. He was very patient when I was not sure about something. He worked until the job was complete and I was completely happy with everything.
