This job entailed drilling into bathroom tile. Rasca got it done right the first time, and he knew what extra parts were not needed for the project.

He (Rasca) understands everything - he's does bathrooms, decks & cleans outside mold. The man is multi-talented. He's a great communicator, & very sensitive to the customer. And, if he finds something that needs attention, he will fix it & forget it! (He fixed a squekly fan, and didn't even tell me!) He's really great. In fact, he's coming back to fix our deck!

Rasca did a great job. The best contractor I've work with. Constantly communicated, always showed up when he said he would, constantly cleaned up as he worked, took a lot of pride in his work and made sure everything was perfect. He wants long-term customers and is very willing to fix anything if there are problems (which there weren't any of). And, his prices are very reasonable.

Had them repair water damage to a wall and under sink kitchen cabinet. He was very professional and did very good work.

Quick to show up for a look at the work to be performed. Very quick response with a quote. Very communicative about the work to be performed and when his crew would show up to perform the work. Cleaned up the work area each day. When the crew was finished cleaning up the work area it was cleaner than when the crew started.

The technician was prompt, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. He did exactly what he said he would do and it completed the job on time. I will diffently use them again!
