The service required a bit longer than originally planned, but there was no extra charge for the additional time. However, communications between the company and myself were not adequate. I had to keep following up with the service provider even though they said they would contact me or would drop off the remaining paint after the completion of the job.

During the month of April 2019, Renovation Service Group, LLC, performed outstanding, exceptional work at my home. Mr. Rasca estimated the work I originally contacted Home Advisor about, but he also noted other work that "SHOULD" be done. He took pictures of the areas and discussed with me what had happened and how to correct the problems. He was not "pushy" or "overbearing", he simply stated his findings. I appreciated this approach to the problems, which I had not noted. Not only did I have his findings as to the damages, I also had pictures of the damages. I was seeing through the pictures areas I would be unable to see from the ground. Mr. Rasca and his workers: (1) repaired four interior drywalls damaged by water, (2) replaced a missing piece of siding, (3) cleaned the gutters and the down spout, (4) installed gutter guards and down spout adapters, (5) graded side yard next to the house where water had entered, (6) repaired and replaced outdoor water faucet, (7) cleaned the fireplace bricks (beautiful job!), (8) replaced defective light sensor outside kitchen door, (9) replaced defective kitchen storm door and worn exterior door trim, (10) cleaned 16 interior and exterior windows, (11) replaced interior cracked window putty where needed, and (12) repaired squeaky wood floor (I didn't know that could be done!). When the workers completed their work, they cleaned up so well you would never know they had worked in these areas. Their job was so well done, it looked as though no damages had ever occurred. I can't say enough about my experience in dealing with Mr. Rasca and his Group. He is the most professional, polite gentleman I have had the pleasure of working with. They were very responsive and flexible in looking over the assignment, which entailed a number of handyman chores, such as repairing a garage door opener, fixing a couple of toilets, installing some plugs and switches, hanging a chandelier (from four stories up), and the like. The crew was professional and the quality of their work was excellent. I took off a star for "value for money" because I would say they're expensive, but the quality of work commanded some premium. Overall, I would use them again and recommend them to neighbors.

I've used Renovation Service Group for three projects now, and I'm very happy. Great communication and very professional staff who have treated my home very well. I recently had an emergency repair that I couldn't take care of by myself, and they were extremely responsive and were able to fit me in, despite the short turn around time. I have hired this company for a couple of projects and I have been very pleased. They are my go-to for projects I need done right and on time. The work is good quality at a fair price, with very responsive customer service. They can do just about everything too.

When searching out a handyman to hang some whiteboards in our office space, Rasca was the only one to reach out directly via phone (whereas most bombard you with emails). He was extremely communicative throughout our entire process, and very professional. His team was great and understood exactly what needed to be done. They completed in a timely manner and it was worth every penny. While he was there, I even inquired about another project that needed completed and immediately received great suggestions and a quote to make it happen. Highly recommended!

We hired Rasca and his team to work on multiple small projects throughout our house including: painting, mounting TV's and hanging curtains. I plan to use them again and would highly recommend them to others. Specifically, I was impressed with how communicative Rasca was throughout the process.
