+ 1 moreGreat! We continue to use their services and don't see a reason why we would stop. We've built a lasting relationship with R.M where they know more about our hotel than any other vendor. He's even walked us through a few issue (free) over the phone to save us time and money.
Description of Work: My hotel uses Reliable Maintenance for almost every type of work my in-house engineer can't complete or needed guidance. Ali and his team are always more than ready to assist, even if it's late at night or the weekend. I love the fact that he explains what he did and how to prevent it from happening again. Their honest, reliable, and work with integrity.

Both the management and engineers at Reliable Maintenance were very helpful, knowledgeable, and light years ahead of other company's in respect to their level of customer support and their ability to get the job done quickly, professionally, and efficiently all the while informing the customer of money saving tips on what they can do to maintain the system in the most simplest of ways. I'd recommend Reliable Maintenance to any and everyone who seeks this type of service.
Description of Work: I needed my entire HVAC system including the compressor, air handler unit, and associated piping leading from inside the house to the outside replaced. In my mind this was a major overhaul.
