+ -1 moreRazor Sharp Renovations(Steve Doucette) repaired a large portion of my kitchen ceiling damaged by a roof leak. During this repair work, he noticed some imperfections in the ceiling previously done by another contractor several years ago. He fixed the imperfections; recommended a different paint finish which enhanced the finished project tremendously. The entire kitchen area looks brand new. The utility room ceiling also needed drywall repair due to new gas lines being installed earlier. Steve repaired and painted the area which now looks fresh and clean. Due to the age of my home, it tested positive for lead based materials. Steve is certified in lead base material handling and took all necessary precautions in capturing all the material, removal and cleanup required. He completed this project with minimal disruption. Steve arrived on time each morning with a cheerful attitude and a readiness to do a full day's work. I am so pleased with the quality and attention to detail that Steve demonstrated throughout his work. Thanks again, Steve.

+ -1 moreIt went well for the whole process. Steve was very easy to talk to and ask questions and to give him my input.
Description of Work: I had a 1950's bathroom, very small, that Steve (owner) totally gutted and redid. He impressed me by coming to do the estimate with a copy of his license and the requirements from Alexandria City for a renovation. Once he started the job he cleaned up each night. The gut was much more involved than we thought and Steve told me about each of the issues and how he was going to solve them. He did a very professional job and it turned out great. I felt he was very fair in his pricing. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone.
