+ -1 moreUrgency on roof replacement done almost immediately. Columns on hold by this contractor as the weather turned bad cold/wind/precipitation…he said he will replace the columns and trim in March 2025. So, to be continued.

+ -1 moreI hired Merlin to install 4 vent covers on my house and also fix my cracked concrete on a step. He initially came across very professional. He fixed the concrete and replaced all 4 vent covers on Aug. 7, 2024. On September 6, 2024, the vent covers were falling off my house. I reached out to Merlin by phone and text and he never responded. My husband used his phone to reach out and he answered and he explained he is very busy and he would come out to fix the covers on Wednesday, September 11, 2024. He never came or called. I would NOT recommend hiring Merlin because he doesn’t stand by his work. A professional would communicate and come back to fix their work. Be aware, after you pay for your services and if anything goes wrong. He will ignore you and not come back to fix the issue.
