Quality Remodeling & Renovation LLC is one of the snow removal companies in NOVA. Their "Can Do" attitude, attention to detail, and excellent support gave my home the best snow removal, ever. It is companies like Quality Remodeling & Renovation LLC that makes me proud I found them to work at my home. They are rare individual that is willing to take the extra time to get the mission accomplished.

They came with a crew of three people. Some crew was more competent than others. The guy who was responsible for our backsplash initially did a very lousy job that left an unfinished scene where there were big gaps between the backsplash and the wall and appliances, unevenness, inconsistent patterns were observed. In some places where marbles were supposed to be placed but the guy simply replaced the marble with grout. They did come back to try and fix some of the things, but unfortunately, not everything can be fixed. They could not take out the grout and replace it with marble again, worrying that it would damage the marble tiles nearby. I am not a contractor so could not tell whether they were telling the truth or fixing this would simply be too much work for them. Anyway, I paid for expensive materials but the finish made the project turn out somewhat cheap. We may have to take out the backsplash and replace it with new ones given this result, which will result in thousands of dollars of more work. Sorry, but this is really an unsatisfactory outcome for the backsplash. The other projects they did, including toilet installing, towel rack installing were ok. They also installed two shower corners, where initially glue was placed but the silicone was not, which made it look incomplete. When they came back for the backsplash, they filled the silicone gel on the shower corner.

They did the job well and quickly for the quoted price. Everything worked and was tidy when they were done.

Very polite, arrived when expected, did the job perfectly, left my house clean, and were extremely pleasant. I would definitely recommend them.
