 + -1 moreWe've used him twice. We've been very happy with him. I think they did the work for us in March. He doesn't hire a lot of people hanging around like lowlife looking people. He just has one person with him normally and I like that. He does what he says he is going to do. He's very punctual. I paid $900 the first time and I got him from Angie's List. He replaced some faucets and did some plumbing work under the house the first time.
Description of Work: Plumbing By Chance helped us dig a line and reconnect the plumbing when we had the line replaced.

 + -1 moreChance was able to complete the repair with parts he already had on the truck. The fix was efficient and relatively painless (if any plumbing problem can be). I really appreciated Chance's professionalism. As someone who knows very little about plumbing, he kept me fully informed and assured I felt I could make informed decisions about the work being done. I later learned that he was nice enough to squeeze in our job in the week before he was supposed to get married! I greatly appreciated his dedication to helping us get our problem solved. I will gladly call Plumbing by Chance for all of our future plumbing needs.
Description of Work: We haven't live in the area long and had yet to establish ourselves with a good plumber. When we received an astronomical water bill, we knew we had a leak somewhere outside. Sure enough, we found one in our outdoor shower. Chance was one of a few highly rated plumbers we called. In our first phone conversation, he immediately struck me as highly professional and responsive. He was able to make it out the day after my call to assess the situation. He provided me with a very thorough explanation of what was going on, why the leak had occurred and what he recommended doing to fix it. He also made suggestions for other potential future improvements without it coming across as a sell job.

 + 0 moreChance and Frank arrived promptly on schedule, and even gave a nice courtesy call before arriving! They successfully cleared our kitchen and laundry room pipes of the horrendous clog that had been plaguing them for about a month now!! We had tried EVERYTHING... drain cleaners, renting a 50' snake from Home Depot, plunging... you name it!! We were so relieved to have reliable service to restore our home to full functioning order!! They were polite, presented themselves in a respectable manner, and cleaned up after themselves!
Description of Work: Plumbing by Chance cleared the most horrendous grease clog I have ever seen!! Our teenager decided to empty out the whole refrigerator into the disposal on top of (as we realized after Chase's visit) randomly pouring "small" amounts of grease down the drain... We discovered these infractions AFTER the fact, once the kitchen and the laundry room had been completely crippled in regards to water usage!

Description of Work: I called this company to repair a leak under a sink & to look at 2 other older problems (old faucets in bathroom and a bathtub that drained poorly.) Chance and his helper arrived early for the appointment and fixed the leak right away. They diagnosed the other 2 problems and gave me an estimate. I decided to go with these other 2 repairs also. They returned the next day & spent approx. 4 hours fixing them (involved going under the house) and replacing some pipes, and installing 2 new faucets. Even though the faucets cost more than he thought he did not charge me for the difference. Chance and his helper were quiet, efficient, clean & polite. Extraordinary customer service!
