Paula's Organic Cleaning

Description of Work: They were very thorough and efficient. It took 3 people to clean my 900 Sq ft home. The only reason I didn't have them continue to clean my home is they indicated the deep cleaning cost of $120 would be the same cost as a maintenence cleaning.

Description of Work: The ladies show up consistently and Paula is very responsive on text. They are flexible to my schedule and I am flexible to theirs. They have come about 4 times and I plan to have them continue. They are very pleasant and friendly and make adjustments to my taste in cleaning when requested.

Description of Work: I had ordered and confirmed a date and job. Because of conflicting schedules I was unable to be home. I had left a key under the mat with instructions on what was needing cleaned. Upon my arrival home, I had noticed the key was still under the mat, and nothing I had asked to be cleaned was cleaned. I had thougth that they just didn't come. A month later I received a bill for services, I returned a bill with a note explaining what had happened. I received a very unprofessional phone call which was very abusive and attacking demanding payment. I offered a chance for them to rectify their performance and perform said job but the called went on the attack and unprofessional. At this point, I can not recommend them due to the phone call. Things happen so I wasn't concerend about the performance, but the abusive phone call and unprofessional attitude has turned me off to their company!
