We recently used NOVA Junk to remove and donate several items from our basement including clothes donations, old appliances, exercise equipment, and furniture. From soup to nuts, the process was seamless. The staff at NOVA Junk was incredibly responsive and friendly. They provided me a base quote based on pictures I provided them. They scheduled a pick-up within two days of the initial call. The pick-up crew were punctual and very thoughtful about removing the items and loading them into their truck for maximum efficiency. The pricing was very competitive. Overall we were extremely pleased with the quality of service and friendly staff. We would not hesitate to use NOVA Junk again.

It was phenomenal and very therapeutic at the same time. The guys really helped me out because I was attached to so much. I can now see and use my garage after 12 years.

the work went fine. the pricing is where I had my problem. the pricing is based on how full their truck is and that seems a bit arbitrary, but the real issue is that I would have, at most, called it a half a trucks worth of materials, and that is being generous. they charged me for a 3/4 worth of the truck. which is considerably more. I would strongly recommend getting a detailed estimate before dealing with this company.

They were on time, and worked extremely fast. I had several large appliances that had to be removed. They were very careful to make sure they did not cause any wall damage. I would definitely use them again..

I am a repeat customer with NOVA Junk Removal. And once more they didn't disappoint. Norman was very prompt in providing a quote. Then I arranged a date for pick-up. Omar (who is wonderful) & 1 co-worker called ahead to provide their ETA, arrived exactly when advised, & set about trying to remove the large chair from our upstairs bedroom. I say try because it was too wide for the door to remove without damaging the paint. After trying a myriad of positions to bring it through the door without damaging the paint, it was clear that the chair "wouldn't cooperate." So with our permission, Omar broke up the chair so he & his colleague could safely remove it. This company is the one to call when the need arises!!!

I was very impressed with the services of Nova Junk Removal from initial contact to completion. They had kindly squeezed me into a busy schedule, but the two gentlemen called 30 minutes before their arrival, and arrived 100% online. The guys were friendly, courteous, well spoken, professional, and very good at their job. They did everything in their power to make The move completely painless for me. They actually charge me less than I was quoted, as the load was not that large (they also accept cash check or credit card on the spot!) So, from initial appointment through payment, I cannot recommend Nova Junk Hauling highly enough. Fantastic job! Smart, professional, and called 30 min before the arrival time. Omar and Patrick were obviously experienced in their field. The only way to get the huge elliptical through a doorway was for Omar to cut it in half with an electric saw. He carried just the right tool to do that! I was very impressed! ....Also, Norman quoted me a time and a price right through the Angie’s List site and everything was right on target! Great job!!

This is the second time I've used them. Quick, efficient, and very careful to not damage anything. I am very pleased. They were in and out of my home in less than 25 minutes.

Nova Junk Removal did a phenomenal job for me. They responded the same day with a quote and quickly scheduled an appointment. They gave me a heads up when they were on the way and immediately got to work. They were quick, thorough, and immediately called for another truck when they realized that the demolition would create more debris than anticipated. They cleaned everything up and hauled away as promised. I definitely will be using them for another job in the near future. They were polite, professional, and a joy to work with.

The first person I talked to was very helpful. She explained their services and how they priced them. I received an estimate range, and the actual cost was at the low end of that range. The gentlemen who removed the sofa were on time, were pleasant to interact with, and showed respect for our house and belongings. All in all...a very positive experience!

Excellent company and customer service. Communication was fantastic. Work superior. Highly recommend. Super job and very happy with the results and communication from start to finish. Had a large old shed and playset requiring removal. Also lots of leftover stuff from previous homeowner and yard debris that I created from extensive tree pruning. All of it was removed to perfection. AAA+++

Omar and his crew arrived on time. They had to remove a number of old, unwanted furniture and trash items, i.e. mattress and box spring, accent chairs, old tables from my basement. I have an old house with tight door openings and corners. They navigated through the rooms without a hitch. Very professional and pleasant. They worked quickly. Cost was reasonable for the amount of stuff to get out of my house. It would have taken me a number of trips back and forth to the dump to move that much stuff. They responded to my inquiry on Thursday and arrived on Friday morning. Great service.

I had 4 estimates for removing a large metal shed. When I called, Norman asked me to text a picture and he was able to provide an estimate within 5 minutes. The other companies sent out people and they wanted to chat about how much work it was going to be. In the end, Norman provided the least expensive quote. The crew arrived early in the morning as I had requested and did an excellent job taking down and hauling away the shed and didn't even charge me for other items I asked them to take. A very positive experience!

Perfect. Nova Junk returned my phone message within an hour, arrived within the promised time-window the next day, and filled up a largish truck with nasty, sodden junk and debris. On the phone and in person they were personable, professional and efficient. They gave a reasonable estimate and were ready to do the work on the spot. They not only removed the junk, but shoveled and swept up a large pile of wet sand.

The two-man crew showed up on time with a truck, looked over the work to be done and provided an estimate. I had them start work immediately. I later identified two more items that needed to go, and was able to get those removed at a slight increase in price. The workers were clean, and very careful not to damage anything while removing a number of heavy items -- filing cabinets, scrap wood, etc. I was very impressed by their professionalism and will hire the company again the next time I need junk removal.

These folks were great. Although I was offered an appointment the next day, I requested an appointment a few days later in order to prepare. The movers called me 40 minutes in advance of their arrival within the time frame agreed upon. I had several large and bulky items - sofas, dresser, file cabinet - as well as some smaller items. I was given a reasonable quote after the items were reviewed. I live in an apartment building downtown. The movers navigated the urban parking and coop elevator with ease and they were fast. After my stuff was removed and on the truck, I was give a lower final price than the original estimate. Very happy.

Nova Junk accommodated our short notice and the team showed up on time, were very professional and helpful. They managed to get the sectional out without issue. We would definitely used them again!
