They did an excellent job, and were extremely careful (we just had the house painted), and very cost effective. The personnel from the time I called them to the guys who came out were quite professional and nice to deal with. They even called an hour ahead to make sure everything was still okay.

When I called, they gave me a quote immediately and I made an appointment for 2 days later. On the day, I received a call 40 minutes before they arrived. Jamal was friendly, polite, and helpful. I paid by credit card and received the receipt via e-mail immediately. They also accept checks.

They were very nice. Punctual, quick - literally removed everything in an hour. Will use them again.

Amazing experience. Contacted them this morning and was able to get an 8:30am appointment (same day)which was wonderful because my new refrigerator was suppose to be delivered between 10:00am and 2:00pm. Wish I had gotten their names, as they arrived on-time (maybe a few minutes early!!!) and immediately went to work, very polite and professional. The gentleman explained that the more you have the cheaper it is but I really did not mine paying the $145.00 because I really wanted it removed. I will definetly use them in the future.

NOVA junk hauled off literally an entire one car garage full of junk in about 30 min. They were incredible, and I could not have been more pleased with the service and the price. Before scheduling them, I called around to other junk removal businesses to find out the size of their trucks and how much they charged for a full load. NOVA was the cheapest and they were able to do it with basically one day of notice. They sent three men who were very professional and quick. They also gave us our military discount without even requesting it. They hauled off everything but our box full of paint (we already knew they couldn't take that). We had a refrigerator, 4 mattresses, gas grill, bookcases, chairs, and boxes and boxes of junk and trash. We plan to use them again when we finish cleaning out our closets. I highly recommend them.

They were on time, they were professional and they actually seemed happy in their work. They had to haul some very heavy stuff out of the house and never complained. In fact, we were so pleased with their work they are coming back again to clean out our garage. They brought their own trash bags, they brought a big truck and we were pleased when they were done.

The promised time was between 7-9 AM. They called me at about 6:30, said they'd be here within 30 minutes and actually showed up within about 10 minutes. They brought three, very efficient men, who loaded their truck and were gone by 7:00 AM. Best part about that is that I now have the entire Saturday to myself along with a lot of empty space. Very timely and courteous service. The crew made sure to carry out the indoor stuff first so that they would not track mud inside. Very efficient. Definitely do not rent a dumpster when you can use these guys for the same price and they haul the stuff out for you!

Nova Junk was great. They called me back after my initial inquiry within two hours and we set up an appointment for the following week. I needed an appointment for first thing in the morning so I wouldn't be too late for work and they gave me a 7-9am window. They called at 6:45 and were at my house by 7:15. They were extremely professional and thorough. Some of the timers were rotting and created a bit of a mess and they took as many of the small pieces that came off the main ones as well.

After reading the high reviews for this provider I decided to contact them for a quote. I sent a message to them with instructions of what I needed done and asked them to send a quote. I had an acceptable quote within 24 hours. I gave them the dates that I was available and was given a pick up time which easily fit into my schedule. Two workers arrived at the stated time and all work was done within 15 minutes. The workers were very polite and professional. I will refer them to anyone needing similar services and would use them again. Definitely an A+ service provider.

Two gentlemen arrived on time, right in the middle of the estimated timeframe. They first looked at the furniture to be removed, to assess the situation, and then got to work. They borrowed some string from me to tie the mattress in the sleeper sofa down, so it wouldn't open while they were moving it. They managed to get it down a flight of stairs with two turns and two landings, without any problems and without scuffing the walls. They then took my very large beanbag from the basement level, and they were done. They were probably here for 15-20 minutes total. They were polite and efficient, and the price was reasonable. I checked several places and got the lowest price from these guys. I was very happy with the service, so I believe it was a good value for the price. For me, it was well worth the money I paid.

They came, gave us a reasonable price, and hauled our junk away. They were professional and easy to work with. I would use them again and recommend to others.

We contacted nova junk removal on Saturday to schedule a time for an estimate. The owner answered right away and scheduled a time for Monday. The crew showed up a little earlier than the time window, which was great. We had a lot of boards, drywall, cinder blocks and empty paint cans. They quoted 145.00, which seemed really reasonable. They loaded everything quickly. We would definitely use this company again. Thanks for helping us!

Very prompt, professional - I left a message and received a call promptly the next day. Spoke to a very pleasant individual over the phone who explained pricing and process, and was given a rough estimate over the phone after describing the items to be hauled. Received a phone call roughly 20 mins before the arrival of two extremely polite gentlemen, who gave me a more precise estimate after seeing what was to be hauled away. Also appreciated their confirming that the TVs would be hauled and disposed of properly within environmental requirements. Estimate ended up being a little higher than I'd hoped, but was well within the potential range relayed to me over the phone - and Nova did not haul anything until I agreed with the pricing (and would not have charged me had I decided not to have them haul anything). Very professional company, I would use again if needed.
