I called around 8 AM and left a VM. Within 20 minutes I received a callback. A crew happened to be close to my home so he was able to get them over right away...So quickly in fact I had to ask him to have them take their time because I needed to get ready. Everyone I dealt with was very courteous and professional. It was an overall excellent experience. I looked at prices from numerous other hauling companies, and theirs was the best.

Nova Junk did a great job. Removed old logs and sticks and cleaned up the cement pad that the debris had been piled up on. They were on time, courteous and reasonably priced. I would use them again.

They underestimated and raised their price, but they took everything. They did run out of room on the truck they brought, which already had some junk in it, so they left the excess and sent another truck back the same day to get it.

Norman and his team were "Excellent". They removed 40 years worth of collecting out of my grandmothers property in less than 3 hours. The were extremely friendly and really easy to work with. The were right on time with a really great price and finished faster than expected and under budget. They even swept out the rooms and garage. I would absolutely use their services again.

On the phone I described what I needed done, how large the items were, where they were located and how many stairs would need to be navigated. (I had previously disassembled the treadmill so they were just moving the heavy base, not disassembing anything.) They gave me a price and scheduled the appointment for a day or two later. They showed up on time and were careful bringing the items up from the basement (no damage to walls or railing or floors). Price was actually $10 less than bid because of the Angie's list coupon.

I received a call an hour before the scheduled time, letting me know that they were ahead of schedule, and asking if they could come an hour early. Of course I said yes. We walked through my 3 story town-home as I showed them what needed to be removed. The bigger items were a queen sized platform bed (which had to be dismantled), a 2 drawer metal lateral file cabinet, and glass tabletop. We reviewed the pricing, which was very reasonable. They were so helpful. Even moving heavier items to my car, since they were destined for the hazardous waste facility. I would definitely recommend them

I used NOVA Junk in August 2016. I had initially called College Hunks Hauling Junk, but their estimate was more than twice what they quoted over the phone. At NOVA Junk, I talked to both Omar and Norman. I felt both gentlemen were very honest in their estimate and forthright in what I could expect. And they honor Yelp, Military Discount and Angie’s List. NOVA Junk were extremely fair and reasonable in their estimate so I scheduled a date. And I was so very glad I used NOVA Junk. I was extremely pleased with their service. I have split-foyer, 4-bedroom house, plus an upper deck, a storage room and an outside shed that I had to clean out. And I had 30-years of things to donate and get rid of. Upon arrival NOVA Junk was organized, they got started right away, walked through the house with me and asked for clarification where needed. One area I was afraid they would balk at was the outside shed which was full of very yucky crickets and spiders. College Hunks didn’t even want to look in the shed (I don’t blame them because I was afraid to go in there). NOVA Junk did not hesitate to go in the shed. Not only did they get it completely empty, they cleaned the spiders and crickets out of my shed. And they blew off the leaves from my deck and swept up where leaves and other debris had tracked inside. I was so very very very impressed with NOVA Junk. They worked hard, quickly, and in less than a couple of hours they had completely filled two trucks worth of things to donate and junk. NOVA Junk was accurate in their price estimate and accurate with the time it took to complete the job. The guys were professional, friendly, and very thorough. I would definitely recommend NOVA Junk. They did an excellent job, arrived on time, the price was reasonable, and they went over and above. Not only did they remove the hot tube and haul it away, but there was the dirt and leaves under the hot tub, and they cleaned it up.

Getting ready for contractors to fix up my house so I can put it on the market, I needed to get rid of some of the 30-years' worth of stuff filling up my basement. I had several old pressboard shelving units, 2 desk chairs, a swivel rocker, an exercise bike, mini-trampoline, and lots of other rubbish. I didn't want to just dump it at the landfill since some of it is still usable, and it was too heavy for me to deal with - even trying to carry it up to have a yard sale. Nova Junk sorts the material before dumping any that's unusable, and donates or recycles whatever can be repurposed. They were super responsive to my initial contact, in which I detailed the objects, and gave me an estimate. We set up a date and time, and they were right on time. The crew was extremely friendly, courteous, and helpful. They even offered to add a stack of branches I'd collected from the yard, at no charge. Then they noticed my U.S. Navy doormat and offered me a military discount on top of the Angie's List discount. I'll have a final round of stuff to get rid of when I move in about 6 months, and I will absolutely call Nova Junk again. What a wonderful solution to a problem that had been hanging over me for a long time.

Everything went very well. Omar and his team were very professional, completing the task in under and hour. Omar had arrived the day earlier to provide an assessment and quote and proved very flexible to our short turn around requirement to clear the material ahead of another project scheduled to begin within the next two days, scheduling a pick up time for the following day. Nova's quote was very competitive and their attention to customer service even more so. Would definitely use them again. I wish all contractors are like them!

They collected, loaded, and carried away several hundred pounds of wood which took up half a truck. The crew was polite and professional, finished in under an hour, and gave us an Angies List discount. Very pleasant experience.

I had a bunch of old furniture to remove and they came on time and the price was reasonable and they hauled it away. Quick and easy. I think it was as cheap as having to rent a truck myself and getting a buddy to help me load it and take it to the dump and pay to dump it. I would do this again no question.

Great service. I contacted the service through Angieslist messaging, and was able to arrange all the details of the service electronically. The crew called in advance of their arrival, and arrived within the agreed-to time window. They were friendly and very efficient. Fees were reasonable. Overall, a great experience. I'll use them again.

I placed a call and was able to get an appointment the next day during a busy moving season (mid-June). They came during the timeframe they specified to remove the loveseat. The workers were courteous and noticing that I had just had the house cleaned volunteered to remove their shoes to come inside. They carefully got the unwanted piece of furniture out of my house and out of my life!
