Description of Work: NOVA Junk was excellent. We shopped around for a couple of quotes, and they were comparable to a couple of companies, but they had very good online reviews with Angie's and Yelp. They came back to me with a quote very quickly and scheduling availability and were very flexible. They gave us a window of time when they would be at our house and called when they were on the way and arrived promptly. We had to have 2 couches, an over-sized chair and ottoman moved out before we had some new furniture delivered. When we moved in we had a bigger patio door which is no longer there, and the team wasn't sure how they were going to get the huge couch and chair out of our basement family room. We asked them if they could cut it up or disassemble it. They said they could but the price would be a little more. We said "no problem" as we just needed it out of the house. They worked for quite awhile and finally got it into pieces to get it out of the house. They did a really great job and were very professional. We would definitely use them again and recommend their services to anyone. Thanks NOVA Junk for great service!

Description of Work: Nova Junk Removal came and took down a wood swing set and a collapsed metal frame canopy. They were prompt in replying to my questions and very professional in their work. They hauled everything away quickly.

Description of Work: These guys did an outstanding job. They came by to look at what I needed and give me a price. They showed up on time that was agreed. They filled two trucks with a lot on junk that had to be cleared out of an old house. After they started clearing out the house we started to have a lite rain and one of the guys put down a cloth inside the doorway so the carpet would not get messed up with all the movers going in and out. 75 minutes later 6 guys filled 2 big trucks and were sweeping up all around the basement. Check them out - they are great!!!

Description of Work: We hired Nova Junk Removal to both help us pack a portable storage unit and to then haul off remaining items. They showed up right when they said they would with a whole crew. I expected that given the amount of items that it would take all morning and instead they were done in less than 2 hours. They ensured that the items packed in the storage unit, including a piano, were tied down and protected. They definitely took a lot of the stress out our moving experience.

Description of Work: I called Nova junk removal and asked when they could come pick up a number of items that I needed to get rid of. They gave me several available times within the next week, they arrived exactly when they promised and removed everything quickly and efficiently. The guys could not have been nicer and I simply had to point and the items were gone--even some very heavy items. The price was very reasonable--about a pickup truck full of items and they hauled it all away for $145. I also liked that they recycle what they can. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: They responded to my call and provided an estimate to move two mattresses. In the end, my friend and I took care of it using his truck.

Description of Work: They removed an old sectional sofa and 2 armchairs for me. Service was prompt and efficient. Using them in June again to remove junk from storage units.

Description of Work: I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. They called in the morning to confirm their arrival time and were right on time. They hauled the detritus from the attic, basement and yard left behind after the moving company packed our belongings. They were polite, careful and very fast. I don't know how they managed to fit all that junk into one truckload, but they are masters at it.

They arrived on time, surveyed the job, quoted me a price and three men hauled it all out and into their truck in an hour. It was a lot of heavy materials and they worked hard and efficiently and cleaned up[ after themselves.

Description of Work: We were doing a downstairs renovation and donated a good deal of items to the Salvation Army. We still had a number of things to clear out (old refrigerator, stove, dishwasher etc.) I don't recall if the price I've listed is correct as it was a while ago but I do know they were on time, fast, professional and efficient. I would defiitely use them again.

Description of Work: Showed up on time, and were fair in assessing the amount of stuff to haul away. Not cheap, but their dumping costs are high and the commute back and forth to the dump is half of what they are charging you for. I would use them again.

Description of Work: I contacted NOVA after receiving an extremely high quote from Junk King. NOVA's quote was less than half that of Junk King for the same list of objects to be hauled away. I had my doubts that they would actually deliver on their quote. I was very wrong to doubt them! They arrived punctually, worked diligently to pick up and load every object (including a very large, cumbersome old grill), and even added some additional items I found in the garage for no addional cost. They were professional and courteous, and I would strongly recommend them to anyone who needs these kind of services.
