Omar and TJ were very professional and very considerate of our time. We had a plane to catch that afternoon, and they went out of their way to make sure everything was removed before we needed to leave. Their team removed 2.5 truck-loads worth of stuff in about 2 hours, and verified that we were satisfied before they left. They were a pleasure to work with, and we highly recommend this company for hauling services.

I called the company on Wednesday afternoon and spoke to Norman who was very nice and friendly on the phone. I told him the items I needed removing and he gave me a quote there and then, he was also able to schedule pick up for the next day giving me a 2 hour window. On the day I was called about 45 minutes into the window I had previously been given and the driver said they would be with me in about 25 minutes. The two man team actually arrived in about 15 minutes and the driver, Omar introduced himself and his partner (apologies that I have forgotten his name), both were friendly, polite and efficient. They chatted while they loaded the van and didn't mind that my children helped with carrying out the cushions to the van, they were also very careful about moving the items out of the house taking care to avoid walls and door frames. I had forgotten to mention when I called that I had a voucher from Angie's list but it was not a problem and they took off the $15.00 there and then. This was a great company to deal with, they made the whole process very easy and are great value for money, if you need any hauling done this is definitely the company to use. I would not hesitate to use them again and will be recommending them to my friends who need any hauling done. Thank you Nova Junk Removal for doing such a great job.

I called NOVA JUNK last week and spoke to Norman. He set up the appointment for today between 10:00 and 12:00. The crew member in charge, called me to let me know they would arrive at my house within 40 minutes. They arrived exactly on time. They crew removed the bed and railings quickly. They were professional, pleasant, and extremely polite. I asked if I were to pay each extra, would they carry a bench down to the basement. They took the bench to the basement and refused extra payment. I said I would be calling them again when I need the couch removed. Excellent service!

I couldn't be happier with the service or price. The hassle of pulling every nail and cutting each piece into no more than 4 feet long and bundling into piles no larger than ?? lbs and then calling up the county to pick up the wood and pay the county $50 for a special pick up..... doesn't compare to the ease of scheduling the work with NOVA Junk. They came when the said they would. They did a great job cleaning up (I havent found one stray nail yet). And the price was exactly what they said it would be for 1/4 of a truck's worth of debris. They men who came were also really nice. 5 stars all around.

The guys who came were great and on time. Setting up the appointment was really easy. For such a messy job they have a great attitude and are only interested in helping you out. I highly recommend this company.

This is the second time I've used Nova Junk Removal LLC since 2012 - as usual, Omar and his crew did an excellent job carefully removing all items from my storage area and apartment. Communication is excellent, fees are very reasonable and they were very quick. I would highly recommend them for removing "junk" and plan on using them in the future.

We had a variety of old furniture, electronics and just junk. I didn't know if it would fill a truck so they said they would send an empty truck and charge me according to how full it was. It was 3/4 full and it was $385, but with the Angie's List coupon it was $355. I called on a Monday afternoon and they scheduled me for Wednesday morning. They called before they came within the window of time they specified and cleared everything out in a very short time. They were pleasant and professional and I would certainly use them again and highly recommend them.

These guys are great! I had them haul away a little less than a 1/4 truck load (sofa, chair, shelf, broken lamps, etc.). They quoted me $140 and accepted the $30 Angie's List coupon. I have a very difficult entrance for maneuvering furniture and they tried several different ways of getting the sofa out (even taking off the door). Unfortunately the sofa had to be cut into pieces in order to be removed. They tried every possible solution before resorting to destroying it. I would absolutely recommend them and would not hesitate to contact them again for future needs. They went over and above to get that sofa out and the price was extremely reasonable, even without all the extra work.

We called Nova on Monday, they gave us an appointment for Tuesday. The agreement was that they would tell us what the project would cost when they arrived, and if we were dissatisfied with the price, they would leave with no obligation on our part. On Tuesday they called ahead to say they were on the way, then arrived punctually. The price they quoted was less than the estimate we had gotten from a different Angie's List firm, so we told them to go ahead. The two men worked quickly and efficiently, filled the truck within app. 45 minutes, hauling a large amount from the garage and then carrying numerous heavy book boxes from the attic. When they finished I showed them the Angie's List coupon for a discount, which they accepted and immediately adjusted the price. We are completely satisfied with the service and will certainly call Nova again when we are further along with our "downsizing" efforts.

I called NOVA Junk Removal about 2 hours before my yard sale was to end. Luckily, they were able to make a "haul away" appointment on the same day and gave me an approximate time for pick up. I had my laptop outside, but couldn't print the coupon and he was able to allow me to use the coupon!! I will definitely use them again....they are "back" savers!!

They were very punctual and I thought that they were reasonably priced. They got the job done very quickly. Everything that I needed them to remove, they had it done in about fifteen minutes what would have taken me an entire day. A crew of three people showed up and knocked it out. I appreciated that. I plan to use them again in the future to help move some junk that is in the back of my yard. I have a project in spring and I would need them to remove some junk. I am going to use them.

I was very pleased with them. It went very well. I liked everything about the service. They were on time and very professional. There was nothing I disliked. I would have liked to have paid less but I don't know what the going rate was considering gas prices. I was willing to pay it and it didn't seem outrageous. I would use them again.

Removal took place over part of our lawn and through a gate in the fence. No damage to lawn, gate or fence.

We had a relatively small amount of items removed from our basement. I called on a Wednesday and was able to schedule a Saturday pick-up. We were told that pick-up would be between 1-3 and they arrived just before 1:00. There were 3 men who quickly removed everything. We saved $30 with an Angie's List coupon. Spending the $135 was totally worth it and I highly recommend this company!

Honestly, it seemed really pricey but we didn't care. They showed up on time, took everything they could fit, swept up afterwards and were super nice and friendly. I'd rather pay a little more for that sort of experience. We will call them again.

Called for bathroom remodel haul away - tub, shower walls, dry wall, etc. They were here less than 30 minutes after we hung up and took every little bit away - not a shred was left. Price as quoted. Could not be more pleased. Will be using them again!!!

I called Nova telling them the day I wanted service. Norm provided a 2-hour window and promised to call before arriving. I was pleased that, while they asked me to describe the items I needed hauled, Nova did not ask me to help them estimate what size truck they would need, as has happended with other vendors. Their phone call came about 30 minutes into the window, telling me the truck woudl arrive in about 40 minutes. That estimate was a little optimistic, but the truck arrived with more than 30 minutes to spare. Nova sent a big truck (the kind you often see landscapers using) with a two-man crew. The lead man eyballed my junk pile and estimated it was about a quarter or truckload. After walkling around the pile, he revised his estimate to "a little less than a quarter." They worked quickly, finishing as I wrote the check. I'll certainly use Nova the next time I have large items to discard.

I spoke to the manager on the phone to set up the appointment; he was courteous and helpful. The crew showed up right on time, took everything out and assured me that they would either donate or recycle the majority of what I was discarding. They were friendly, polite and professional throughout. Very impressive.

The guys from Nova Junk removal were fast and efficient. They were also quick to follow-up to my initial request and confirmed the scheduled date/time the night before. When they arrived at the property, the workers were very polite and started the work right away. I would definitely hire them again!
