Description of Work: Installed 15 replacement windows in the house. The installation was professional from start to finish including cleanup. The quality of the double pane (thermal pane) Windows was immediately noticeable ... No more drafts, great sound blocking, and no more heat exchange.

Description of Work: NOVA Exteriors replaced our front door and storm door and completely refurbished our front porch (new vertical siding, soffit in ceiling and along roof line, and covered all outside trim (to include around garage doors) and porch pillars with PVC vinyl. The difference in curb appeal was dramatic. The job was completed in two stages. First the doors were replaced and a few days later the porch was updated. The job was completed on time and all employees were professional and respectful of our home. We would definitely use NOVA exteriors for future work.

Description of Work: My home is a almost 16 years old, and NOVA Exteriors came to me and gave me a price for a new roof that we just couldn't refuse. I had been pricing roofs for quite some time. The finished roof was done on time and the quality of NOVA's finished roof was top notch. I would definitely recommend NOVA Exteriors to anyone!!

Description of Work: Replaced 30 windows including 4 large picture windows. A few issues like one wrong window delivered and some areas of sealing that need to be re-done but all in all very responsive and will be fixing the sealing spots when they return with correct window. I have already recommended to another person.

Description of Work: Representative gave me a price, we negotiated a final price, then when he came to write up the contract realized he'd made mistakes and couldn't honor the price we agreed upon. The owner tried to make it right, but his solution was for me to accept a lesser quality product so he wouldn't lose money. Also, owner was slow to respond, clearly was hoping I'd go away and he wouldn't have to try to honor his price.

Description of Work: Subcontractor re-built deck surface and railing.Wood is rotting on both stairways. Used two shades of Trex. Seemed to take a long time.Some painting was quickly done near dark.

Description of Work: Installed new front door and surrounding trim, surrounding front pediment and trim on the front of the house, installed new storm door, installed new shutters. This was the only company that I could find that would do painted shutters. Everything came out very well but it just took awhile to get all the final details done.

Description of Work: They came promptly and provided an estimate but did not try to forcefully sell when I said they were out of budget.

Description of Work: Due to flimsy construction, our original storm door was falling apart. We hired Nova Exteriors to replace it with a sturdier door. They appeared on-time, professionally installed a new door that matches the decor, and cleaned up. We were pleased with their work and the door is still operating fine.
