Description of Work: Replaced every window in our 2.5 story Leesburg, VA, home. Master bath windows were not ordered properly and they had to come back, but did so promptly. Satisfied with service and labor quality, though not blown away. The windows look great and we are looking forward to comparing utility bills to see if they save us money by being more energy efficient as promised.

Description of Work: They did a great job on replacing some deck doors. I have the model home for neighborhood and everything is custom order. Needed new doors and they gave me a fair price considering the situation. I am going to use them again for the front door.

Description of Work: The NOVA team was professional from start to finish. I had 3 exterior doors replaced, including a great craftsman style front door. The doors they offer are high quality and are professionally installed. This is not the same (quality or price) as a "big-box" option, if that's what you want.

Description of Work: They took out an old basement window, and added a new one as well as a window well. The also took off some old security bars I had been unable to remove myself.

Description of Work: They replaced all the windows on my home. The salesmen was great to work with. Scheduling went well. There were 2 crew members to do the work and they did not come with the proper materials and they could not communicate with me. I could not call anyone in the office since it was a Saturday and when I did talk to the owner, he was belligerent.

Description of Work: They repaired some cauking and sealing to an outside window. The service was okay. We did have some scheduling issues but the service turned out fine.

Description of Work: Nova came out to bid on remodeling all 3 of our bathrooms. They took measurements and said we would hear back from them in a week to two weeks. Over a month later we have never heard from them and they don't return our calls. Totally useless waste of time.

Description of Work: Very quick response on initial contact as well as quick response for getting an estimate. Salesperson on time, professional and knowledgeable. We have decided to postpone this big of a job for the time being so we did not use their services.

Description of Work: I had a sliding patio door replaced. For one price, NOVA installed the insulated door, screen, and brickmould. I had rotten trim from water leaks on the outside, which they replaced with new trim. They thoroughly caulked inside and out. The job was clean, neat, and professional. From the salesman to the install crew the experience was hassle free.. I highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: I clearly indicated I needed repair work done on a door and the gentleman who came over for the estimate was intent on selling me a new door. Since I rent, I am not the decision-maker. When he learned that I was not about to buy a new $4K door from this company, he was out the door!

Description of Work: Fall 2009 sought estimate for replacing flooring, stairs, and rails on deck. Price for comparable work was twice that of others. Did not use. However, they provided an excellent presentation and appeared to be a quality company.
