The deck project was a disaster from day one. Plans were not followed, trash was not removed, concerns were ignored, and completion was well over due. Could not be less satisfied.

The quality of the job was good. The company instslled quickly. The payment process was quick. I did not see the increased quality in the door that was offered after I was required to upgrade my door for a larger size. I know the door is larger to fit the space but the door seems to be basic quality to me.

Communication was excellent. They kept me informed about the process from beginning to end. Also they were courteous and cleaned up after themselves nicely. Highly recommend.

NOVA replaced the windows on my town home - 8 windows and a patio door. Excellent workmanship by the installers; office always keep me informed as we worked thru the process; they also helped resolve some HOA questions. Very good!!

The sales guy was really nice and talked a great game. We bought two sets of exterior French Doors. The price was not great, but was in the competitive range. They did a horrible job with the installation. They installed the framing such that the doors cannot open all the way, and will in fact be damaged if they are opened too far (accidentally or by the wind). The hardware does not latch properly; you have to slam the door and jiggle the lock before it will engage. We called them within a couple of weeks to ask them to come out and fix these issues. The guy who answered insisted that nothing was wrong, insulted my wife and, when she threatened to put a stop payment on the check until she was satisfied that it was repaired, and he arrogantly said **go ahead** We did. Then the owner called me, would not let me get a word in edgewise, accused me of stealing (for doing what his employee told us to do), and literally threatened me with physical assault in the course of the **discussion** that ensued (remember these are the guys who know where my family lives and just installed the exterior doors). At the end of that discussion I paid them, and they agreed to come out to fix it. When they showed up, they essentially told us, **this is how it is supposed to be** and left. NOVA Exteriors is arrogant and rude from the owner on down. They feel comfortable being loud, rude, and physically threatening their customers. Use them at your own risk. I for one, will probably never use HomeAdvisor again, because they are clearly a lead-generating machine for businesses and do not do their due diligence to protect the actual homeowners. In fact, I did not even search HomeAdvisor. I got a random sales call from HomeAdvisor, took the call and ended up completing the sale.

Hi first the salesman did a good job when it came to sell but when the doing the job this people the hire subcontractors which it's okay with as long you know what you are doing after while when they finish I never received a detailed invoice but I was getting an email saying I am owning them 2032$ just like that for not even one description my job was going through insurance and the insurance company said they need an invoice from them I gave each other?s contact because I already paid my deductible that price has changed three more time which I saw it kind of not okay if you do something you know what it cost and you give that invoice not a general money saying pay this Customer service is not someone I can recommend for anyone

Getting new windows and a sliding glass door was a daunting process, mostly because of the number of companies out there and not really knowing the difference between window types and if itâ s worth the expense. We had a positive experience with Kenny at Nova Exteriors when he came to our house for an estimate. He wasnâ t â salesyâ (especially compared to reps from places like Window Nation that used annoying pressure sales tactics). The options were straight-forward, and we liked the company history & products/labor warranties. The negative would be cost (on the higher end of estimates compared to others we received) but at the end of the day we went with the company we liked and decided to pay more for overall quality. Itâ s hard to know if we get up-charged for location (the same windows in a different county are probably a certain % cheaper) but thatâ s out of our control. The installation went smoothly, and the team was friendly, efficient, and did a nice job. We hope to enjoy our new windows and sliding glass door for many years to come!

Every step of this process was painless. In fact, it was quite pleasant! NoVA Exteriors delivered exactly as promised: great windows with expert installation in the timeframe we expected. And the areas were completely clean at the end of the day. We love our Sunrise Verde windows!
