They did a terrific job replacing our basement door. It looks very professional and they does special care not to let any cicadas into the house during this current infestation. We are now considering having them replace a number of our windows based upon what a great job they did. A++

They did a great job! We talked to three different firms regarding our exterior back door, which was an old, leaky French door, which didn’t actually work well in the space because it was too narrow. The firms all quoted us similar prices, but Nova Exteriors gave us the best overall design solution for that particular space (a wider single door with a sidelight and a really nice storm door). The gentleman who developed this design just clearly had the best overall feel for the room and knew the products really well and could match the most appropriate solution for that space. We also were removing a iron gate over the old door, and Nova Exteriors handled that without any issues - they did not have to call a secondary contractor. Overall they were very easy to deal with and very efficient.

Peter was great to work with. My only complaint was that the crew didn't clean up very good because 4 roofing nails ended up in my riding mowers tire.

Extremely professional and listened to my needs before we worked out the quote. The work and craftsmen ship was excellent and happy with my new door, storm door and repairs around some of my door frames.

I live in Chesapeake, VA my Mom (87 years old) lives in D.C. She needed new windows very badly. Home Advisor referred me to NOVA EXTERIORS. When I called and explained to them where I live and where my mom lives Mr. Sam O. immediately said I got you and we get her what she needs and will make your mom very happy. WELL, Mr. Sam O. did. My mom was so happy with the side sliding windows. Side sliding window made it very easy for her to open the windows and not lifting up and down. My Mom fell in love with Mr. Sam O. I questioned the quality of the side sliding windows against the hinge windows. He assured me that the sliding windows were just as good as the hinge windows. The windows looked so good my mom wanted shutters like her neighbor. Well, Mr. Sam O. made it happen. There was a little discrepancy in the shutters sized, which probably was the fault of my mom and I not understanding the size of the shutters. When I mentioned my issue about the shutters Mr. Egan, immediately made it right at no additional charge. Nova Exterior Inc. has been very professional, courteous, understanding, cheerful, etc. Words cannot express my satisfaction. My Mom fell in LOVE with Mr. Sam O. He had my (ornery) mom (smile) eating out of his hands. A feat I have not yet master with her. (smile). We will HIGHLY recommend and use this company again. Thanks so much!!

Nova Exteriors installed my windows a few years ago. They were very fair with cost and very informative. They installed my windows while my husband was deployed and they were so helpful and went above and beyond since I was by myself. I would use them again and again.

My experience with Nova Exteriors from the first call to the installation and follow up was first rate. Kenny came out for the estimate and was no nonsense here is our price I hope you hire us. His honesty and demeanor put me at ease after a negative experience with a couple other places. I took a bet based on my reading of him as a person. I was absolutely correct in my thinking. Gerald Egan was our project manager. He was equally awesome. The customer service from them is something that is missing in today s age. The quality of the work was fantastic. The workers (I missed getting their names and feel horribly for that) were extremely efficient in their work. The attention to detail by the crew was awesome as well. All in all they were reasonably priced, have great customer service, and do exactly as they promise. Will definitely use them in the future.
