The door surround is nice, but the header was installed wrongly, with a backing piece that is too large and not shaped for the header - it just doesn't look right. After the job was done, I got a phone call that same day and expressed my dissatisfaction, but we had to call again to arrange for a consultation about the issue. We were then told someone would call to arrange a visit, after more than a week, they arranged a follow-up. The representative came by, but the owner emailed and said they would not fix it, but would give us a "courtesy" (i.e. partial) refund. Completely unacceptable! I cannot recommend this business. In fact, I would recommend people avoid them.

Very professional, did a great job, on time for appointment, actually early and cleaned up well after themselves.

The estimate is free! And the estimator will tell you up front what is needed and or recommended. I had a small exterior job replacing/repairing the rake of the roof and the board behind the gutters. They were "spot on" of my expectations and customer service is excellent. Would highly recommend them to any homeowner looking for quality work done right the first time! I gave them a 4.5 for price because they were higher than most, but the quality of workmanship and the time taken to complete the job was well worth the additional amount.

The entire company was extremely professional. The workmanship was very good, a slight flaw in installation was remedied the next day, customer service was outstanding. We had a very knowledgeable sales rep as well. This company is very good and if we have a need for anymore of their services we will certainly contact them.

We were absolutely delighted with the trim replace work they did on three bay windows in our home, it looks terrific. The team arrived on time, they were courteous and efficient. The Forman explained what they were doing and handled our concerns fully. We would hire them again without reservation. They cleaned up the work areas completely and completd the job in one day.

Nova Exteriors is very professional and I will highly recommend them. From the sales team to Peter (The owner), and the crew who did the installation. Very smooth transaction and everything went as planned without any surprises.

They are VERY professional, knowledgable, and I appreciate their thoroughness of the presentation. We'll sign the contract today, looking forward to the quality completion of our project.

Provided great customer service from the first phone until the project was complete. They were timely, professional, and their experience showed. Would definitely recommend.

We hired Nova to replace the rotten wood on our windows and install new windows and siding. Rick the salesman was very helpful in the beginning. They said they are sending their best crew, Mr. Kim's crew to do the work. They came and thanks god i was home since they wanted to cut the corners and started installing windows over the rotten wood! I made them remove the windows and replace all rotten wood. When my husband came in the evening he noticed that there still was a rotten wood and window was placed on top of it!! We called the head office and complained, we were very worried how they wanted to cut corners and install windows on top of the rotten wood! The owner called, Rick came and said they will make sure everything is done well. Then there were cracks and Mr. Kim repaired them but very reluctantly and when I showed him those he left out he said it was not him but my previous contractors! We hired Shelton Painting and DryWall and they did immaculate job!! I told him it happened during their window installation!! Then they installed gutters improperly, damaged my husband's grill and when they replaced siding, they also damaged some rails!! We told Rick and he said it will be repaired soon and it's been almost two month!!! We called at least 8 times and nothing!!!! If they don't replace everything by the end of next week, we will file a complaint to BBB. We redid our entire house and we had most amazing experience with all our contractors. We will never recommend hiring Nova, ever. And it's not like they got from us a couple thousand dollars, it was in thousands of dollars! So if you still hire them and especially Mr. Kim's crew, watch out like a hawk or they will cut corners like crazy. We hired them because there were more good than bad reviews (bad reviews on Yelp) but should have listened to those bad reviews. The gutters are improperly installed, my husband's grill damaged and porch railings still need to be repaired!!!

Nova installed the ridge vent, excellent customer service! There was a mixup in the contract but Peter stepped in corrected the problem and proceeded with the work. The team was nothing less than professional. Did a great job! Cleaned the area before leaving and ensured everything was operational. I would recommend this company' and I would use them again.

Nova remodeled my master bathroom. They responded to our request and arranged a site visit to discuss our needs and a design meeting at their faculty to finalize selection of materials. They stayed in contact by phone and email as the materials were received and then scheduled the work. The project involved several custom-designed and fitted components (steam shower, in-wall toilet, stone counter top, shower seat and thresholds). Their workers were pleasant, very competent, and provided work-around suggestions/solutions whenever problems were encountered. The finished product is exactly what we wanted and has received compliments from everyone who has seen it. My only complaint had to do with some communications difficulties with the project scheduler that resulted in unnecessary delays; these were recognized and corrected by the company president and by the project engineer. I would strongly consider them for future remodeling projects.

The work was outstanding and completed as promised.

We are quite pleased with the new Verde windows installed by Nova Exteriors in May 2017. We had all of our 28-year old windows replaced, including two picture windows. They are lovely! NE even did additional work on an attic vent (side of the house)....great job. I would add pictures if I could.

They showed up on time, did a professional job, and good cleanup. I had one follow up concern which they promptly addressed to my satisfaction.

We had our roof replaced and gutter guards installed. the work was timely and looks great. Nova Exteriors customer service was outstanding ... they included a down-spout and replaced siding on a gable that was not in the initial contract for free. We were also not charged for replacement of rotten wood. My only complaint is of the clean-up. They did a good job removing all the old asphalt shingles etc, but we found over 3 dozen nails that were not cleaned up. I thought I'd done a thorough job hunting for all of these however I still ended up with a flat tire and had the added expense of buying 2 new replacements. Due to the location of the puncture it could not be plugged. As for value for money? They were at least $5000 cheaper than a Long Roof estimate, which included upgraded Architectural-style shingles and 2 new sky lights not in the other estimate. I think it was rather expensive when compared to "average". The work however is stellar (we do get a 50 year transferrable warranty on our 2 shingle layers) and peace of mind that does not come with a cheaper, less reputable company. Our neighbors had their roof replaced within the past 6 months for about 50% less however we can see that some of their one-layer shingles are already missing!! You get what you pay for.

they were very good about cleaning up the mess of a new roof install. The only issue I had was I was told that in a couple of weeks we would have another appointment to pick a color for the roof and go over some other things, but the next email I got was the date of the install and they informed me of the color they had picked for me! Some intermediary person had dropped the ball and skipped a step in there but we got it straightened out. The only other issue was a missing vent on the roof that I'm not too happy with the replacement pipe that was used. They have some lack of communication between their various employees in the process, like between their office/sales/install personnel.

Kenny was absolutely wonderful and asked me the right questions to determine what type of doors were best to install in my house, which ended up being completely opposite of what I thought I wanted and saved me a ton of money!

Everything worked smoothly from the sales appointment through installation. Couldn't be happier.
