If you would like to have siding and windows installed on your home this is the company to use. Sam Osta the person that estimated and gave me input on choices was very professional, down to earth, and an all around good person!!!! He was not in a rush, answered my questions and went out of his way. I would give Sam Osta 6 stars. When I asked him to please give me the color of the shutters being installed so I could paint my front door he showed up with the actual paint enough to paint the door and the color was a match. The crew that installed the siding did and outstanding job. I would recommend Nova Exteriors to do your project. Ask for Sam Osta he is the best of the best!!!

Sam, our Sale Representative, listened to what we wanted and recommended exactly what we wanted. The price was good. The install team was very good too. On time, cleaned up as they worked, removed the old doors, and put our new doors in perfectly. A job well done. Billing and payment was easy too.

THE WORK WAS DONE EXCEPTIONALLY WELL. THE CLEAN-UP NOT SO GOOD. FRONT PORCH HAD CHALK MARKS THAT WERE NOT CLEANED AND SAW-DUST WAS NOT CLEANED UP ON DRIVEWAY. AFTER NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS IN CONTACTING CUSTOMER SERVICE ABOUT THIS MATTER, WE PURCHASE PRODUCT OURSELVES TO CLEAN THE CHALK MARKINGS. WE DID RECEIVE AN EMAIL FROM THE OWNER WHICH ADMITTED TO THE OVERSIGHT OF THIS MATTER AND APOLOGIZED

Due to the way their salesman sells the jobs, to be Very careful and make sure any important detail is listed in writing at the time of signing the ontract. This is my warning to others that believes a contractor and their salesman is good for their word. My fault is that the items the salesman and I agreed upon and where he was pointing with his laser pointer and assuring me of this and that, if it's not written down - it will not be done. My stupidity that I did not make sure I put in writing that the wood would be replaced with plastiwood (the salesman had different brands he mentioned that they could use) even though I paid extra for it. So my rating of a 2 is in spite of the salesman, in spite of the guys out there telling me they weren't going to do this and do that, I think if they wanted to abide by what they said they would do, they could and are capable of good work. But their dishonesty and customer approach while on the job is poor.

In addition to windows they also did roofing, new soffits, new gutters, replaced rotten wood and vinyl clad rakes and bay window. Fabulous professional service from start to finish. Sam, Peter and Gerald were extremely communicative throughout the entire process. Thank you for everything.

I am very happy with Nova Exteriors!. This was my first window purchase. Nova's representatives, Sam, Gerald, and Peter, were exceptionally helpful before and after the install. I felt I knew what to expect and my expectations were met. The actual install was professional. The guys were prompt, respectful, competent, and efficient, and cleaned up well.
